I purchased a necklace for my best friend in December ahead of her 40th Birthday in January. Following a lot of stalling tactics as the dispatch date came and went, I arranged another present and then requested a refund. Suddenly, they said they had the materials to continue with my order. When I declined they said that they had processed a refund. This was not the case. I was then told that they had an issue with refunds. It is now March and I am almost £300 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!
Update following the merchant response - I have never known any company to have "delays" with refunds - there is a statutory obligation! You even lied at one point and said it was processed.

I ordered my wife some earrings for Christmas and there was a guarantee delivery before 24th Dec, needless to say they never arrived …what a sham of a company - I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, we are now 7th March and still no refund.
Over the last 3 months I have managed only twice to speak to a human being and delivered over 15 emails - I appreciate there is a process which I was told to follow via trading standards.
QP customer support is shocking, it’s that bad I assume it’s all bots with human names, no explanation why no refund just a processing error at there end, they couldn’t inform me of anything less..what a joke, they give customer service a bad name and clearly are not interested in keeping customers or attracting new ones!
Fortunately you have to trust the process and eventually my bank got involved and chased my refund..QP only interested in one thing..this is definitely not the customers!

My husband arranged via my daughter to buy me a ruby necklace for our 40th wedding anniversary as a surprise. It was ordered in Dec ready for our anniversary in Jan. It did not arrive despite my daughter getting in touch on a few occasions we are still waiting to receive either a necklace or refund as requested. Reading reviews it seems we are not the only ones. Terrible customer service.

The item was initially received two weeks later than the delivery date given when I bought the jewellery. It arrived 30 days after I ordered it. When I contacted them, they said they could give me no information on when it would arrive. It missed the birthday it was bought for. Other TrustPilot reviews say people were given a 5% discount when their delivery was delayed. I was never offered an apology, an explanation or a discount.
Then, when the item was received, it was so small and cheap-looking that I decided to return it.
The company's office was closed for most of December and into the second week of January 2026, so I had to wait several weeks to be able to communicate with them.
I eventually received instructions on how to return the item on the 8th January, sent it back via tracked-and-signed-for delivery with the Post Office, and I can see from the tracking website that it was delivered to QP Jewellers and signed for on the 13th of January.
It is the 3rd of March now, and I haven't heard from them or received a refund. I am now pursuing the refund via email, as the company's phone lines are no longer active.
It was a present, a special one, for my daughter's 21st birthday, and the whole experience has been really disappointing and time-consuming.
I did read TrustPilot reviews of the company before I bought it, but I made the mistake of only reading those on the QP Jewellers website. I didn't think that TrustPilot reviews could be cherry-picked like that. Now there are no TrustPilot reviews on their site, just a link to the search page on TrustPilot, so hopefully no one else will get caught out like me.
The jewellery I received compared to the picture of it on the website was worlds apart. The pictures on their site look so nice. The item I received was tiny, dull, and looked more like £9.99 territory than the bigger sum I spent. That is the bigger sum that QP Jewellers still have in their hands at the moment. I hope this money is returned and this matter is resolved, so I am able to go ahead and buy my daughter a 21st birthday present, 3 months after her birthday and 3 and a half months after I bought the jewellery from QP Jewellers.

Dont buy from this brand, really bad company, my earrings broke , they took them under false pretences of replacing them last November 2025 , I still have no explanation and no earrings . Their phone lines are down . Their customer service is non existent

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I made a purchase begining of January 2026, thinking it would have arrived before my 30th wedding anniversary on 1 March 2026. I was WRONG!!!!! I have shown great patience, but now that has eroded away. I don't know if this is a scam, or just a purely terrible company. I don't even know if I will get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered a necklalce in december 2025 and was guaranteed it would be with me before Xmas as it was a gift for my wife.
Closer the time I was a bit concerned as it had not arrived at the said date which should have been about a week before Xmas only to be told it will not be here until after Xmas.
I therefore cancelled the item and asked for a full refund of £199.00. I have been in contact with them ever since asking where my refund is and all I got was the refund has been processed, I said processed but my refund has not been refunded into my account. They said their team are experiencing issues with refunds but are working on it. It is now aproaching March and they have had the cheek to as me to rate their customer service. Well it's -00 from me with me telling them that what they have done is plain robbery.
Dont entertain them.
I ordered a ring on 6 Dec 2025 and the company indicated delivery by 19 dec, in time for Xmas. It failed to arrive and there was no contact to explain what had happened. I chased after Xmas and have been repeatedly told (but only when I chased for an update) that they cannot give me an indication of when the ring will be deapatched. That is now almost THREE, yes, 3 months since my order and my money was taken. I still cannot get an estimated time for delivery. Customer service is a joke at QP jewellers. I cannot believe they think it acceptable to keep a customer in the dark, and I’m now worried they may be in financial difficulties, as the only explanation for such diabolical delays and the absence of any explanation from the company.

I ordered a necklace in Feb 2025, it broke after 2 nights use and was returned for repair, I'm still waiting for the replacement or a refund no contact from qp jewellery, no phone calls answered, no emails answered so no chat answered.
You have now responded with a generic message 5 days later ... Keep me updated with order....,
I just want a refund, pay me what I'm due!

Their customer service is a delight and super helpful, I have had a very smooth resolution to a problem with a product that was completely my fault, and they had no issue nor fuss to sort it out even though they didn't have to. I am very happy with the purchase and that I chose this company to spend my money with! I will definitely be buying from them again!

Appalling. No contact after waiting so long for my item to be delivered, then when I message them and get an update, they tell me there’s no estimated delivery date,so after two months I ask for a refund, and have been ignored completely. Dreadful, dreadful behaviour from this company and will definitely not buy again given this shambles
Update 10/03/2026 STILL NO REFUND . Next stop is BBCs Watchdog who have already registered their interest in covering this fraudulent company and its behaviour

Having bought a ring that was supposedly in stock, after paying for the item i was told it will be a month for delivery. This was no good as it was for a gift. It has been over a month, no product, no customer service to contact and no refund. I have been robbed and still awaiting an outcome to claim my money back from paypal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
EDIT 2/3/26: And still no money returned: with an eventual reply of this:
I have been advised by the directors of the business that refunds are currently being processed as soon as possible. While this has now been actioned, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a specific timeframe for when the funds will be received back to your original payment method.

I would give zero stars if I could. My experience with QP Jewellers has been a nightmare due to poor product quality and an even worse customer service and resolution process. I purchased a gold necklace which, within months, suffered a broken clasp. This is unacceptable for an item at this price point and suggests extremely poor quality control.
The issue was compounded by their attempt to resolve it. They initially offered a replacement chain under the 12-month warranty, but the replacement I received was only gold-plated, while the original was real gold. This is completely misleading and not a like-for-like replacement. QP Jewellers claimed they no longer supply solid gold chains and offered a minimal refund to compensate for the difference in value.
I have been in an ongoing dispute for months, chasing them for a fair refund amount that would cover the cost of a genuine, matching solid gold replacement chain elsewhere. Their communication is slow, and they have not fully resolved the issue. I have a broken necklace and have spent months fighting for a fair refund. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to AVOID QP JEWELLERS. The product quality is questionable, and the after-sales support is frankly appalling.

Scam company that needs shutting down
Ordered a Christmas present at the start of Decemeber with a delivery date of the 22nd. Still nothing 2 months later at the end of Feb. No response to emails, no customer service, no faith that this is legit business. DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered the aquamarine necklace which cost me $803 Australian dollars. I still haven’t received a shipping date. I’ve emailed countless times to which i received no response or an automated response. Have now asked for a refund and I still haven’t heard back from them. They are impossible to get in touch with. Their website states that you can call their customer service number, but it ALWAYS goes to a message saying they have no one available. This feels like a scam and I just want a refund. I’ve had to go through my bank to try and get this money returned to my bank account. Would not recommend.

My daughter was bought some tanzanite earrings as a 16th birthday/prom gift costing £215. She had worn these once for approximately 5hrs. She went to put them on and noticed 5 out of the 8 stones had faded discoloured significantly. We contacted the jewellers 1 day off the warranty period and they told us there was nothing they could do!
They explained that "
Tanzanite is a naturally delicate gemstone that can be sensitive to exposure to sunlight, heat, and certain chemicals, which can cause fading or changes in colour over time, even with minimal wear. Environmental factors or accidental contact with cleaning products, perfumes, or lotions can sometimes affect the appearance."
Considering they have been worn once and kept the the box they provided for the remaining time, the tanzanite they claim to use is in fact a cheap copy!!
Please avoid at all cost wish I'd have checked reviews beforehand as a lot of them tell the same story.
Poor quality goods and no customer service!!!

I placed an order with QP Jewelers on 10 December with a delivery estimate before Christmas. The item never arrived.
Since then, I’ve had to repeatedly contact them and was given multiple promises about stock and delivery that were never fulfilled. It is now February and the order is still outstanding.
Communication has been poor and unreliable, Last thing I was offered was 5% discount from my order or a full refund, this was over a week ago with no reply.
Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect honest delivery timelines or clear communication.

Order never delivered. Apart from the frustration from the lack of any meaningful communication or reply to any correspondence, and the need, cost and time to find a suitable alternative, QP Jewellers has effectively taken my money for nothing in return.
UPDATE: 28th March. QP after months of asking for a refund as the goods were never delivered, QP agreed to a refund, however this refund is now over a month late and has still not been paid by QP Jewellers.
UPDATE: 10th May. Still no refund.
UPDATE: 18th May. Pleased to say QP Jewellers refunded the sum.

These people are scammers. I got earrings and they broke in less than a month. I found a foreign grey metal inside. It said on the web that it is solid gold and the person in their support team said that they sell only solid gold. Then they were saying that they don’t have solid gold at all. They replied extremely slowly and when I sent screenshots they stopped replying at all. Fake! Do not waste your money and time
