The remote doesn't work. No customer service.
I desperatly tried to reach the customer service. No answer. The remote doesn't work at all even after I changed the battery. The whole purpose of this lamp is to control the color and the brightness through the remote. Well, it does light up but that's it. Do not recommend.

Great customer service, beautiful lamp
The lamp is beautiful, and all the features work, but now I want to praise their customer service! The first lamp broke during delivery, and when I reported it, they sent me a new one right away, to replace it. Great service, thank you Qrismora!

It's a scam
It's a scam. Their product is available on Aliexpress with the exact same design, remote control and features. Don't trust them. In their website there are two phone numbers from different countries and both differ with the phone number listed on Trustpilot.

Hello Pedro, all products get copied by China and all you have seen on AliExpress was just pictures so you can't be sure if it offers the same quality level as ours, second of all the phone numbers are provided for customer service representatives and it doesn't really have to be from the same country.

Don’t buy it ❌
The object is perfect except one thing : you can change the luminosity of it but when you do, it starts making a noise which is very very disturbing. It is supposed to relax but how are you supposed to relax when you hear a continuous high-pitched noise…. Plus I think it’s very cheap quality, definitely not worth the prize.

This lamp is absolutely AMAZING
This lamp is absolutely AMAZING! Super relaxing, I like to fall asleep while it's on.
The only con is that the motor is loud and the sound is really unpleasant. I can turn it on only with Loop quiet in or headphones with ANC on. It's still pretty without the movement though.
