Poor service from money grabbing bunch. Business is run out of Leicester which says it all!

I had a terrible service twice:

1) Merlyn shower screen i purchased from them, they took my money but the product never came. I had to call them to find out what happened, only to find out the manufacturer discontinued the product. Took them time then to refund me, longer than it should!

2) I had a towel rail from them which turned out to be the wrong size. My own fault, I coordinated with them about a return at my own cost. Spoke with a lady who could barely speak English on the phone who was quite rude. Returned the item only to be told they will not accept it, since the box it came in had to be taped back up. The product itself absolutely fine but just the box had to be re-taped.

This is clearly a strategy by them to keep people returns most likely to resell them and at the same time avoid refunding people.

You rarely deal with a company that will not accept a return because a box has been opened when the actual product is still perfectly good bubble wrapped inside. They also give a stupid excuse that no label can be put on the box other than their own but of course you need to put a label on the box to return it!

Excellent price and fast delivery and very easy to order online

The downside of the company for me is it doesn't send items to N Ireland. My daughter lives in England so I posted my purchase to her and she sent it to me. Very pleased with the service otherwise

I had a faulty shower unit but QS Supplies sorted it out and sent a new unit great service can only recommend them thanks.

Good price for my new kitchen tap, dispatched promptly and I was informed of the progress of the package. Invoice was E Mailed straight away and contact details provided in case of any problems. Brilliant customer service. I would recommend this company

Mohammad at QS Supplies was extremely helpful in dealing with my query about a faulty shower mixer regulator. He responded very promptly and arranged a replacement part from the manufacturer incredibly quickly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciated his efficient and professional service.

I'm writing a review and wasn't asked to! Great service compared to some of the other bathroom retailers I have used recently. The prices were on a par with other stores, i needed to pay for delivery like for the other retailers but unlike the others all my QS orders were delivered on time without damage. Seerat sorted a item i ordered wrongly and did a refund with no fuss. I did get a very early delivery 5.45am but I was desperate for the items so this worked for me but can understand this wouldn't be ideal for others! Shame I couldn't get everything i needed with QS but will definitely use them again.

Extremeley pleased with product price and service. Would have had 5 stars but one of flexible connector was damaged The plumber who fitted tap noticed and was able to provide another.

Quick delivery and excellent product

From start to finish the process was direct and easy, a well built web site and the process of ordering and purchasing was straight forward, no jumping through hoops… and on top of that minimal delivery costs, unfortunately and no fault of QS some of the items were not currently in stock and would not be till after my project start date. They informed me in plenty of time and as a result I had to cancel part of the order. I must add that the customer services was excellent and in particular Muzammil who was excellent throughout the experience, it was just a shame that this time, scheduling was an issue, because with price, customer service (Muzammil) and delivery QS will be hard to beat ….

Our item was being specially made and we were kept informed all through the process. If we had any questions regarding the order, Mozammil was extremely helpful and always promptly replied to our emails.

Arrived on time. Worked. It was what I was looking expecting. Good price. Not much
