Order no. QS-4490977. There seems to be a a few reviews where the toilet seats arrive broken....Why is it happening?
Well guess what! The toilet seat i ordered for my client was damaged too.
I ordered the toilet seat and a day later it arrived. Superb i thought. I noticed the box was damaged, took out the seat and it appeared to be undamaged. So i removed the clients old seat and fitted the new brackets to the toilet pan. (Toilet is back to the wall, so once the brackets are installed i can't retrieve the nut ( locking mechanism ) if anything is wrong, unless i take the toilet pan right out.) So all looked well and I went to fit the seat into position and I noticed the toilet seat has a crack in it. I can't use this, its broken. I reported this straight away and sent photos as proof. I was told that someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours.
48 hrs passed and nothing. I phoned the company was put on hold and then told it would be another 24 hours as the purchasing department needed to give a response. I had already explained to my clients at the beginning of the issue that it would be roughly 24 to 48 hours before i could possibly come back with a new unbroken seat. I've now had to tell them that it might be another 3 to 4 days if and only if the company decides to send a new seat. Now I don't know if the seat was damaged in transit or it was sent damaged. Either way until this issue is resolved I'm out of pocket due to no fault of my own and my client isn't happy and doesn't have a toilet seat. The issue has been resolved, QS have sent a new toilet seat which i inspected thoroughly before fitting and the client is very happy now. Thank-you to Muzammil for sorting this issue.

I bought an expensive bathroom cabinet and was charged £56 delivery. After they had taken the payment they then billed me a further £146: delivery. I've never heard of a £200 delivery before and have asked for a refund. Terrible.

I ordered a toilet, full pedestal basin, radiator & waste. We chose QS Supplies as they are local to us in Leicester...but I still got a £38 delivery charge!
Delivery was rubbish. First the toilet went missing & twice we were sent damaged ones. I got fed up so decided to return the order (apart from the radiator as unfortunately I had opened it & threw away the box). Customer service - non existent! You can't speak to them, only email. Backwards & forwards with emails...telling us the damage would 'rub off' - then we would have to return the goods at our own cost. Eventually they did decide to send a courier to collect the goods & I have had a refund but I am £38 out of pocket. Buy from Amazon or Ebay...free delivery!!

Order for WC eventually delivered OK. Not on time, three weeks on, as a result of problems with manufacturer.
However, Muzammil at QS kept on the case with toilet being delivered by an alternative supplier. An honest and open response to a difficult problem.

There was an issue with the RAK toilet bought through QS Supplies. Mansoor was excellent dealing with the the manufacturer and arranged for a collection and delivery of a replacement toilet bowl. Excellent service throughout. Thanks Mansoor.

My Toilet seat was delivered but had a crack in it. Seerat at QS Supplies customer support could not have been more helpful - he stayed with me to the end despite several hiccups, resolving the multiple problems within a week.

So delighted with the customer service at QS supplies .
For a second time Muzammil has dealt with my issues super fast , extremely polite, efficient and solved the problem .

The tap works very well and is great value for money compared to the more expensive brands. The eco mode is confusing but got great support on how to set it up . I purchased the tap in Feb but for some reason got the survey in July.

We ordered four toilet seats, all from the same brand, and every single one arrived broken and completely unusable.
I wasn't aware there was a 14-day policy for reporting damaged items, and I didn't think to check because I never expected to receive four damaged products. We only opened the boxes when we were ready to install them.
The order was placed on 17 June. After having to chase the delivery on 24 June, it finally arrived later that day. We opened the toilet seats on 17 July, only to find that all four were broken.
When I contacted customer services, showing photo evidence I was told that because I was outside the 14-day reporting period, they couldn't do anything to help. I find this very disappointing and it was only by a week. This wasn't a case of one item being damaged—it was the entire order. All four toilet seats were defective and completely unusable.
I understand that companies have policies, but I would have expected some flexibility and a more customer-focused approach given the circumstances. Instead, I was left with four unusable products and no resolution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Customer support is great, especially Mansoor. Quick and prompt support. the item was also delivered swiftly and the price was great. well done!
