Claiming their approach has led to a 7x higher chance of acceptance rate is a lie!!!

That claim about a "7x higher acceptance rate" is a complete lie! Nothing about this program lives up to what it advertises. The so-called mentors were lazy, unprofessional, and had no real interest in helping my son succeed. We went through several mentors, and every single one was the same - disrespectful, careless, and completely unprepared for sessions. They constantly showed up late and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The entire experience was a disgrace and an absolute waste of money.

Awfully disappointing service, incompetent leaders

Quad Education provides an awfully disappointing service. This company is headed by incompetent leaders, and this place provide no value to its clients. The leaders here don't follow through with their promises once you already pay them. I'm sure most clients of this company are disappointed and have just wasted their money and time here. Reaching out to the customer service is pointless because you'll only speak to rude and disrespectful representatives. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you stay away from Quad Education.

Overpriced service that preys on desperation

I paid thousands expecting expert guidance, but what I got was generic advice I could’ve found online for free. Calls felt rushed, the “mentorship” was shallow, and I was constantly pressured to pay for more sessions. I walked away feeling cheated, angry, and embarrassed that I trusted them. This isn’t education — its exploitation dressed up as coaching.

They didn't follow through as…

They didn't follow through as contracted or promised. We were supposed to get scholarship assistance for both daughters. They didn't lift a finger. I sent them a letter letting them know of their failure and that if they didn't make good, that a lawsuit would follow. They didn't even respond. As such, lawsuit will be following.

Hope they go bankrupt

Awful and negligent company that keeps shoving students off onto new counselors as each one proves to be completely useless, disrespectful of their clients' time, and lazy.

Families Beware: Total Scam

I signed up with this education consulting company, believing their pitch was about expert advisors who could guide my daughter toward her dream school. We paid a huge fee for their elite program, expecting real mentorship and personalized help. Instead, the advisor rarely showed up to scheduled sessions, gave generic resources we could have found online, and completely dropped the ball on important deadlines. Whenever we raised concerns, the tone was dismissive and unprofessional. After months of wasted time and thousands of dollars, my daughter was left stressed, unsupported, and discouraged. This company overpromises, underdelivers, and preys on families’ hopes, it’s been one of the worst investments we’ve ever made.

awful

had to change counselors three times, and even then the counselor ghosted me on several occasions (after multiple followups), and my parents had to keep interjecting to get them to help me.
