Fantastic service

Fantastic service, always within an hour, solve complex and simple problems without fuss and quickly. The interface and service is unusual, they build for speed and robust delivery rather than ease of use and some clients miss cPanel or similar, but there are good reasons for the quadra appoach. I have used them for 14 years and never had a problem. They have recently been taken over by Vodien but nothing has changed so far (fingers crossed)/

Invoicing fail means my account was suspended without warning

I used Quadra for several years without any problems. Their admin console was clunky and difficult but not unworkable. They sent me invoices when due (as configured in the admin console) up until the last time when no email arrived to remind me to pay, and no warning email arrived to remind me that I was overdue - they just suspended my account without warning. I don't know if this has anything to do with Quadra being aquired by Dreamscape Networks in 2018, but I need a host that operates with as much business sense as its customers.

Absolutely amazing with unreal support

I had tried several hosting companies in Australia and overseas, and had almost only terrible experiences with most of them. I started using Quadra Hosting a few years ago, and have had zero problems with these guys so far. (which is remarkable)

I am quite a heavy user with several websites, large databases, online POS system, hundreds of thousands of emails and so on, but I have only had amazing experience with them.

Worth to mention their support, which is unreal. Hard to believe that humans answer my question EVERY TIME within minutes, even on weekends or public holidays. Looks like their support is local Aussie support, which is quite unique too these days.

Absolutely amazing, give them a try, you will not regret it.
