They accept your order and take your money, then you never hear from them again.

Why didn't I read the reviews before going near this company? I have exactly the same story as the others, ordered fabric, took my money, never heard a thing again. They don't answer the phone number they give on their website, the emails I have sent all bounce back 'undeliverable' - how do these companies continue to exist and steal people's money like this and get away with it??? DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!

They don’t deserve a single star!!!

I ordered some fabric from them and it still didn’t come (about 6 weeks later!!)

They don’t respond to my emails. They responded to my phone call, firstly saying they will get back to me. They didn’t so I called them again. They told me they are sending the order again because it got lost in the post. So I’m waiting again. But after reading these reviews I’m kicking myself that I didn’t read it first. And I don’t believe I’ll ever see the fabric.

I’ll try to call them again and then I’ll try to get money at least from PayPal.

So warning for everyone else - DO NOT USE THE QUALITY FABRICS!!!!

Update: No fabric delivered, the company stopped answering to my phone calls. I raised an issue with PayPal and I got refunded. Avoid them. Or pay only via PayPal.

Paid for the fabric and it never got delivered. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Had to raise the issue with PayPal, thank god I paid this way. Phoned them and they said they would get back to me which they didn’t and now can’t get through to them. Only gave it one star because I couldn’t tick less.

Appalling service!! Avoid! I ordered some fabric from Quality Fabrics at the beginning of July. They took the money, but never sent the order. I contacted the company via email 3 times asking about the process of my order, and finally to let them know that if I don't hear back from them by the end of the day, I would open a case with Paypal. They ignored my emails. I then opened a case with Paypal and Paypal eventually escalated the case and gave the company 10 days to send a statement on what was going on. Nothing - they didn't even bother getting in touch with Paypal about an escalated case! Paypal eventually refunded my money. Avoid Quality Fabrics unless you want the hassle of getting your money via Paypal and if you risk ordering from them, then please do not use any other payment method.

Dreadful service. They don't even deserve one star. Accepted my order, took my payment then failed to send the fabric I'd ordered. They ignored all attempts to contact them. Eventually had to make a claim via PayPal who secured my refund as, surprise surprise, the company also failed to respond to Paypal's request for clarification of why I had not received my order. AVOID!
