Honda civic purchase

I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from Quality Assured Cars and had a great overall experience. The transaction was fast, smooth, and hassle-free. The team made the entire process easy from start to finish, and I really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism.

If you're looking for a straightforward and reliable car buying experience, I’d definitely recommend checking them out.

Good customer service

I bought a car from Quality Assured cars. The car was in good condition and at a good price. The customer service from Harley was really good from day 1 and always answered the phone and emails, even phoning me back if he missed my call. Unfortunately the car had a fault a couple of days after buying it, but Harley was great in dealing with this very promptly and issued me with a full refund.

QUALITY ASSURED CARS…ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

My husband and I along with my family and friends has dealt with Quality Assured Cars for about 8 years.

And we are more than happy with our purchases along with the customer service they uphold.

Their cars are much cheaper which is always an added bonus!

I have just part exchanged my car which I bought from Quality Assured Cars back in April to a Toyota CHR which I am very pleased with.

We have always found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating with the height of professionalism.

So, with reference to the review from DEBORAH, I feel this is a defamation of character!
Along with the other complaint she has made to another company and has probably gained from it.

There is always 2 stories in a dispute;

I URGE YOU TO HAVE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE!

In my opinion, people who write a bad review are exploiting the smaller companies for financial gain…
it’s shameful.

Give the smaller companies a break before they are all gone!

So pleased with my new car
I’ve held off writing a review on my car purchase experience just to make sure everything was going to be ok and after 2 months it’s way more than ok it’s been awesome and I’m loving it, I’m so pleased that my new car has been totally superb, The guys at quality assured cars were very fair with my part exchange price and also helped me with some good advice on what warranty to have, I will definitely be recommending them 110% thanks guys see you when it’s time to change the wife’s car

The car only lasted just six months before being written off as not repairable!

The car had a major leak, they sorted it before I bought it. The cars shouldn't be sold filthy, I'll be cleaning it anyway and I'll do it properly. Not even been six months and the car is that broken, the car is a write off. I spent all my savings on it, the only choice is to buy a new engine. Having spent a massive amount on the vehicle, I expected it to be a suitably maintained and serviced etc, I didn't expect to have to spend a fortune on extending the 'two' warranty. No warranty, no money, no car, now no income. Thanks for nothing.

AVOID! All good until there is something wrong with the car then good luck!

AVOID! My 18 year old daughter bought a car from them 2 months ago and has had nothing but problems with it. On the way home from buying it the wing mirror fell off and was lost. When we tried to speak to them about it they would generally dodge messages and calls about the problem. In the end she bought a new mirror after they told her they would pay for it but a month later they haven't even responded to being sent the invoice, which they requested. They offered to spray it but sent my daughter twice to a garage 30 miles away and each time they weren't expecting her so couldn't do it. Now she is having more problems with the car, engine management lights on and it needs a new fuel throttle body, spark plugs and ignition coil. The warranty wouldn't cover the cost and on closer inspection is pretty worthless (has cover for a carburettor but cars don't generally have them anymore and the fuel throttle body is the equivalent but not covered). Spoke to Harley and he refused to do anything and was pretty rude despite having messed us around over the wing mirror and us only having bought the car in good faith 2 months ago. He said my daughter was offered an extended warrantee (she says she wasn't) and that there was nothing he could do. All in all I've never had such bad after-care when buying a car so I'd steer well clear.

Fraud, scam, dishonest, poor customer service

Quality Assured Cars is anything BUT quality, I find them poor customer service and dishonest. I bought the Merc C220d from them. Initial part exchange price agreed was reduce to half after I made down payment for Merc. So, I decided to sell my old car elsewhere to get better price and had no option to get Merc delivered to me in MK. Sales person delivered car 5.30 pm 28 Feb 2022.
Lot of surprises came to me as follows which were not mentioned in advert.
1. Reverse camera not working
2. No Parking assists
3. ECO start and stop, does not work
4. Mirrors don't fold on lock
5. Front headlamp is showing water condensation inside it
6. Advert said full dealer service history but that was not the case on documented history provided at delivery of car
7. Seat belt was showing a lot of fungi
8. Scratches on side wings and car body covered with heavy car wax which came off after 1st wash
9. 3 months warranty policy was misleading, it was not mention in advert that I have to bring car to Bristol. That is not convenient. 3 months warranty was only to be dealt with a specific garage in Bristol which had very bad reviews, turns out this was their sister company
10. Engine light keeps coming on, my basic code reader mobile app is showing code P2201 NOx Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank 1.
11. No dispute resolution service, they are not even register with, The Motor Ombudsman Limited (TMO)
12. The single-car key was not mentioned in the advert and neither it was in any phone call or email conversation, it was mentioned at the time of delivery which is too late as a point on the contract was a lot earlier and second spare key can only be arranged from Merc dealer that cost extra £450.
Over all considering all above issues car price should have been at least 5k less. They did everything to go pass 30 days distance selling period and 3-month warranty time to avoid any after sale issues.
I suggest avoid these scammers and buy car from a good dealer. I filed complaint with FCA and TMO but no luck so far, these kinds of sellers know this hence scam people.
