Extreme price hike upon renewal - beware
Easy to set up company, but expect a 600% price increase after the first year.
The initial price I paid when setting company up was about 50 GBP. Now when the services were due for renewal, the price was 400 GBP. None of this is clearly disclosed on the website when you sign up.
Services have been cancelled.

Our packages are heavily discounted during the first 12 months to help new business owners access a range of services at a reduced cost while they establish their company. This allows customers to experience the services and determine which ones best meet their ongoing needs.
After the initial 12-month period, any services that you choose to retain are renewed at their standard individual prices. We make every effort to clearly communicate that these package discounts apply exclusively to the first year and that ongoing services will renew at their respective renewal rates thereafter.
This information is disclosed throughout our website, including our package comparison page, the individual package pages, and our dedicated renewals page. Our aim is to ensure customers have clear and transparent information about both the introductory pricing and ongoing renewal costs before making a purchase.
In addition, your Quality Company Formations online portal contains a dedicated section showing which services are active on your account, their renewal dates, and the applicable renewal fees. We also send renewal reminder emails prior to renewal, outlining the services due to renew and their associated costs.
I did attempt to contact you to discuss your experience and feedback directly, but unfortunately I have not received a response. A Company who has people to speak to directly on the phone was the main reason I chose to form my company with Quality Company Formations. I spoke to at least 3 people and they were all extremely helpful.
