Ordering was easy and delivery exactly as expected

Awful communication. Paid for express delivery it hasn’t turned up. No calls to advise where my goods are, they don’t pick up the phone, don’t respond to messages. I have taken a day off work to receive goods. Money taken from our account. We will pursue this if the goods don’t turn up tomorrow.

We have purchased about 6 tonnes of compost and topsoil from this company in the past and recently also some galvanised raised beds. The general experience was positive, although in the last couple of years there has been a lot of plastic and electrical cable waste in the delivered compost/soil. Today I have called their customer services, as I was looking for an advice regarding how to provide safe base for my new raised beds that are not set on soil, but on concrete and paving slabs. I was given advice that I should add some lining fabric to the base, which I don't think is a very good advice. When I mentioned it to the customer service representative, they just hung the phone down on me without any further discussion. Not professional and not a very good advice from a company that should have a very good knowledge about products like these that they sell.

Hopeless delivery company, my wife answered a call from the delivery company very rude individual, said they don't back into drives! This would have meant leaving the delivery kerb side the kerb side being the A39 I don't think the police would be impressed. This would mean causing an obstruction on a main road or totally blocking my driveway! Before I could get back to QGS they had refunded my order, without any contact with me. Hardly quality service!

The turf quality was very good and turf just started getting yellow on the 4th day, which means they delivered it very fresh. Also i requested them to deliver before 12 noon on delivery date, as my job was planned. However it came before 9m, which made me very happy. Thank you

Payed extra for delivery before 1pm.turned up about 9-30ish,so job done by 1-30.Lovely lush turf.very pleased with service .will have to review in a few weeks to let you know how it is.

Prompt delivery of large bag of topsoil. Delivery driver very helpful and managed to drop it off in a convenient spot by our drive. The soil looks to be good quality too.

I have ordered three bags of veg topsoil and been very pleased with the quality of the soil delivered. The delivery drivers were great and all dropped the bags on pallets as close to my gate as was possible. I've dropped one star as I had queried about having a morning delivery and didn't get a response but when I did have to change the order date initially, the team were very responsive so I would definitely order again.

Great comms re delivery, driver was very conscientious when delivering and the quality of the topsoil is top notch! Very few large stones and a lovely rich mix. I was advised to get the delivery a day earlier because of the bank holiday to avoid any delays and I’m glad I did!
