It was a pleasure dealing with Quartz worktops. They are super efficient, accommodating and delivered on quality and on time! I would highly recommend these guys - not only are they great value but they provide an amazing customer experience - not to mention, their worktops are outstanding!

Marietta and the whole team were very easy to deal with, from getting the original quote to booking in templates, making a few tweaks to the order and then delivery, the whole process was smooth and hassle free, furthermore we are incredibly happy with the finished product.

We also found these guys to be very cost effective, we saved nearly £1300 on the original quote from a large kitchen supplier and after receiving a sample in the post we were delighted to place the order. If we ever need another worktop I know where I will be going.

What an excellent company to deal with. Marietta was most helpful in going through the quote with me, and helping decide what I did or didn't require. The guys who came to do the template and the actual fitting of the worktops just over a week later were excellent. Can't thank them all enough for a really good job.

Fantastic personal service, great price, excellent communication and professional friendly fitters.
We had various cut outs needed for sink, tap, hob and a pillar, the kitchen surface, upstand and splash back all fit perfectly!

Great service: prompt communication, ease of installation, looks fantastic.

Firstly my worktop looks lovely and the guy who did the templating was really pleasant and when he and the 2nd guy came to install it and corrected an area of concern for me, they were great.
HOWEVER, Marietta who communicates with clients is rude and abrupt with her clients. There is no transparency and when I said I was not happy with the change in installation date there was no explanation, apology for disrupting dates for workman simply a "well if you're not happy I can refund your deposit".Basically take it or leave it. It is odd that the company trades under 3 namesQuartz worktops Direct, Luna Stone and one other. I just did not find the company at all professional and was genuinely concerned, until the fitters turned up, that the whole thing was not going to happen. So to conclude I love the worktop, the fitters were lovely but the whole process was unprofessional.

The fitters were also very professional arrived on time and had the work top in place very promptly.
