Very difficult to return a product, nothing like what is described below as per the company website.
Emailed and spoke in person to the owner.
Became defensive and accused me of being dishonest...

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

I had an issue (entirely my fault) with a module bought from Quasar. I phoned asking for advice and the staff member, Simon, was very helpful and offered to help -as a result the matter was resolved quickly and cost effectively - a very happy customer.

i contacted quasar to buy some pcb's for a project i was building and being new to the electronic side of things i emailed simon several times asking for advice and i can honesty say the advise and technical knowledge was first class enabling me to progress with my project.
