I made three e-transfers of 20.00 each…
I made three e-transfers of 20.00 each over a three hour period. I have auto deposit and can see my funds have been received.
I used the chat feature for help and received the same canned message about a possible 24 hour processing time that was not mentioned anywhere before I joined the platform. You have my money!
It’s going on four hours now and I want to see that money credited to my account NOW!
If not I will cancel my funds and account. I will also report Quattro Casino for fraud!

Quatro and all " 30 or so " "sister " casinos , have terrible service..I usually don't get to know my question and get handed off to a ro(bot) chip is his name..like geez..I wanted to know why I had 20 different accounts and the guy I was talking to did show all accounts...I asked for all accounts to be emailed to me..they couldn't answer when I had opened them either....like it probably wasn't me...I m going through the process of deFraud.bot, bot ,bot! They do not give you the options to voice your concerns and assume...yes or no choices..like no !!! Terrible! They send you off to a college who cant answer #@$!
