Disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told to go elsewhere.
Called the North branch to make an appointment for a consultation where I spoke to Bob Quee. I was told to call back after two hours and when I did whilst requesting a date for a consultation he sighs and tells me "I'm too busy, you'll have to go to somewhere else". I then rang the East London branch and then explained what I wanted advise on, this individual went quiet as if he was confused I continued speaking he interrupts me and then tells me that he has another phone call coming in he will call me back which he never did as waited for hours, he was trying to get me off the phone. Surprised how a law firm can tell their customers that they are too busy to give a telephone consultation and then tells them to go else where. Poor customer service from both branches.The impression that I got was they will refuse if you want advise on something that they don't understand or is in anyway complex. Your better off going somewhere else as I was told by Bob Quee himself. There was also an attempt to make me silence as I told them that I will be writing a review about my horrible experience with their firm when I last spoke to them, they threatened to go to the police if I wrote a negative review.
