We order pizza and never got it .i rang up to check where it is.staff was rude and said i hadnt put order in .my online banking said otherwise . £52 waa taken ive reported them for fraud to my bank

This place is an absolute disaster. The staff are outrageously rude and completely unprofessional, making every visit an unpleasant experience. The food is borderline inedible—bland, poorly prepared, and not worth a single penny. Save your time and money; this establishment doesn't deserve anyone's business

I've been using the wigston shop for a couple of years and most of the time been happy with the food , when I went in last week I stood and watched what was going on , in the 5 minutes I was there I witnessed the lad serving drop a cooked chicken wing on the floor only to pick it up and put it on the side instead of the bin he then picked a raw burger out of the fridge before wiping his eye with the side of his hand then lick his finger to open a bag this happened 3 times in total in between handling food and money while wearing a T-shirt that looked liked it had been found on the office floor from the night before in all this time not one member of staff washed their hands and no gloves or salad tongue being used, so I decided to complain to another member of staff in charge only for him to stand there smiling saying ok I will tell him later , shame because the food is nice when you've not seen it being cooked
