I purchased a Quest 4 slice toaster in black from Amazon on 9th July 2025 & it stopped working completely after 3 months use. I contacted customer service to request a replacement or refund & have received nothing. Disappointed with the quality of the product & the extremely poor customer service.

When I contacted Quest about a replacement part for a wet-and-dry grinder the After-Service Dept. was very forthcoming and helpful and I received more than I asked for the very next day.

I bought an air fry last October and by this June the non stick was coming off on my food.

I purchased a Quest airfryer still going strong after 6 months used at least 5 times a week.

bought two coffee perculators and both failed to work after a few months. Avoid. Pity if build quality was better they would be excellent.

I recently bought a Quest milk frother which I am very pleased with. It makes amazing cappuccinis! I made contact with the company and asked for a spare whisk by email. Instant response and the spare came the next day. I am very impressed.

Purchased a Quest Milk Frother through Amazon on 8th July this year! It already will not turn on and no comeback through Amazon as outwith the 30 day guarantee period. Absolutely disgusted with Amazon and trying to find Contact details for Quest proving nigh on impossible. Appalling Customer Service. Expect more than 2 months service for my £27.

We were recently givena Quest professional multicooker item 35800.

Unfortunately there are no recipes or ideas given on temperature or time for cooking things eg a beef casserole. This is frustrating as my mother used a Sunbeam model many years ago and we loved the food prepared. Impossible to really comment other than to say great for frying burgers sausages etc.

I bought a steammop from quest home on ebay from batgainempire (an approved seller) . The seller told me it was gaurenteed for 12 months. The steammop broke after 3 months of light use. I went back to the seller who was a distributor of the quest steam mop and told them of the issue. He ignored me totally. I went to eBay and they wouldn't do anything as beyond 3 months old so cases are finished. I went to the main distributor for quest products, BenRoss and they told me that they would not be able to assist either. So when you buy a steam mop from quest do not trust the warranty as like me you get no customer assistance and a faulty product.
