I went into the Bury st Edmunds shop and enquired about a particular gift that had been displayed in the window for a couple of weeks.....on asking the lady in the shop if they still had it in,she apparently knew nothing about the item and was extremely rude to me. She called the manager to ask her and she too was equally rude and unhelpful. I actually had a picture of the item on my phone which I showed them even though they both said it had never been in the shop! Then on asking if they would be able to maybe tell me where else I could possibly get it from, I was told it was " wholesale only and not sold to the public"..... I have since managed to buy it from a lovely home ware store in Essex!

Really disappointed when I tried to return an unwanted Christmas present. I wasn’t even looking for a refund as such, a credit note or gift receipt would have been enough to spend on something else. I appreciate that I didn’t have the receipt but it did have all the labels on. I buy lot from this shop, but will probably have to look elsewhere now.
