Thanks to quest again for always dealing with everything so promptly for me. Cannot fault any of the services provided to me throughout my tenancy, customer service is truly remarkable and they have been utterly supportive throughout!

You guys really are superstars, if anyone is looking for 5* customer service than quest property services are the establishment for you! If I could give 6 stars I would! You have been reliable and provided me with clear communication throughout and for that I thank you guys! Paul is always on hand to assist with any questions you may have and he is a really nice genuine man who is fantastic at his job. Thanks again!

We rented a property through Quest Properties and dealt with Omar and Paul, which were both very polite. Julie manages the day to day tenancy problems. They usually quickly send the suitable people to fix minor problems such as the gas boiler not working and similar. Although our own bad experience was with a major problem in the property that, I presume, requires landlord consent. We raised it with them, everyone agreed it needed to be fixed, but at the end nothing happened and they stopped updating us on this matter as if it has never been raised. I recommend them without a doubt, but would also insist a great deal if you happen to have a mayor problem in your rented property.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We moved into a property that was left in an awful state with cockroaches, mould, dirt and items left from the previous tenancy. They didn't respond to emails and continuously made excuses or lied. Upon moving out, we left the property in a much cleaner state than when we had moved in, however, Quest London tried to take some of our deposit. They produced a false cleaning invoice claiming that they had sent cleaners during our stay which is completely false! Will be reporting them to trading standards.

We recently rented through Quest and they managed the property throughout the tenancy. Paul and the team were great to deal with: extremely professional as well as very friendly. Would highly recommend. Tom

We've just started a tenancy with Quest Properties, and so far we've had an utterly brilliant service. We've mainly dealt with Paul and he's been polite, professional and helpful throughout. A breath of fresh air after dealing with Foxtons for 18 months. Highly recommend.

Quest dealt with everything in a very open , honest and professional way . Their service is first class and they are always keen to help with any advice you might need .
Paul kept us informed throughout the process and he was always available to answer any question. He's always pleasant , courteous and very helpful , we would like to thank him for all his efforts .
