I was disappointed with my booking with them recently. I booked for 1helper but unfortunately I only had the driver who did not help moving my stuffs to my new place. He just literally helped us load the things in his car, picked us up and dropped us in Coventry and then unloaded my stuffs in the building entrance and left. The quote was for 1 helper and in the options for the booking you can either book a driver only or with 1 or 2 helper so it makes sense that I should have a helper.

Is it because I have a medium van only and we went with the van to me new place? If this was the issue then they should have been clear that we would not all fit in the van then I could have just made my way to my new property on my own. I want to be compensated for the extra fee I paid for that helper!!!!

Very professional and very friendly. They were a great help. I will recommend to friends and family.

My experience with the company and the people that work there was very pleasant I was relocating from London to Edinburgh and the condition of my staff and languages was immaculate exactly the same as I gave it to the nice man who helped me. They also did it during Easter 🐰🐣 which I have to say was really hard to find a company. Overall it was a very good 😊 experience I highly recommend the company

The whole thing was very affordable, the driver (Matthew) was friendly, helpful and resourceful. He even touched up some of our boxes with tape that were a bit flimsy.
Altogether a valuable respite in very stressful times.

Rude driver who had no manners at the time of arrival to move my stuff out. Top of that, I was charged by the company extra £55 just at the time of move in to my new place so left vulnerable in the middle where all my stuff were in the van so had no say. The boss said it was exceeding 2 hours which wasn't true. I wrote to him about this in addition to getting my juice maker as the workers left it there. But no response.

I booked a Luton van to move from London to Southampton. The van was supposed to arrive at 10 in the morning, but due to reasons that were out of anyones control it was not available for the day. Chris called me to apologise and not only he offered to send 2 smaller vans, but he also reassured me that if it was necessary he would send another van the next day completely free of charge. The vans were doing other movings before they come to us, so they were very late, but they send an extra person to help. They were all professional and friendly, qick and effective. They looked after our stuff and I honestly couldn't ask for anything else.

The bottom line is, even though things went very wrong (something that can happen, especially in London), Quick Movers acted in very professional manner, offered solutions and went above and beyond to get the job done. This is what you want from a moving company.

If you have any sense you WILL NOT !!!! Use this company. They are absolute crooks. Booked a van to move home, driver let me down via text 30 minutes before they were due to arrive and now haven’t responded to any of my calls or messages since - despite them being dumb enough to leave their read receipts on. They have STOLEN £110 from me.

If I could give no stars, I would. Cancelled with 1 hour notice, since have been avoiding my calls/emails. Managed to get in touch once and said they would return my money but this has not happened. AVOID THIS COMPANY - COWBOYS.

Over $9k in Damage! Do not use! - They hire people off the streets without any skill in packing/loading. Over $9,000 in damages and owner refuses to provide insurance policy information or assist in any manner. Also, the truck provided was too small for job to insure multiple trips and hourly rate fees would be racked up. Would have been two trips but I canceled after all the damage in first load. Job was never completed, items were left on the curb, and pictures of damages were provided. Yet the owner refused to provide insurance info and still proceeded to ask for payment although job was never complete. I had to file a police report and will be seeking legal action. Do not use!

We did our move with the Quick Movers team about a month ago and I cannot stress enough how much we would recommend the company. They arrived on time and took the job by storm. They barely stopped, even though the weather was tough and we were moving from a 3rd floor, and although we had only hired one person, at some point someone else jumped in to speed things up.

And, as if this wasn't enough, they've got reasonable prices too, alike most moving companies which are a daylight robbery.

I tried to hire them again a few weeks ago but they were fully booked already. Prove of their great service.

Professionally worked in 90 degree heat for a mid summer move while taking care of my furniture, wrapping everything up, and placing items where i needed them at the new location. I was very greatful and happy with their work and would highly recommend them!
