THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED.My house was not cleaned, the cleaner did not stay at the property for the allotted time, left me house unlocked back and front, no evidence of a clean yet they were paid on arrival, very late response from Quickcleaners, they now take no responsibility and say they have had no time to respond, this was over a week ago, how long does a response take. They are referring to their T and C's saying they have no responsibility. I have paid them and paid the cleaner, had to pay again to get it cleaned as my landlord had to arrange a last minute cleaner before the new tenants moved in. They are rude, unresponsive, no clean has been done, money has been paid and not reimbursed. All of their reviews on Facebook were left on 8th and 10th Oct last year, very suspicious I am appalled by them.

The first cleaner was a disappointment and really not very good or interested in the job. However the company reacted imediately and found me a brilliant cleaner who already feels part of the family I think the best thing about the service is the speed they sort out problems and the fact they can cover holidays and sickness. I couldnt have found my lovely cleaner Emma without this service.
