Your pricing is getting too high. I am going to look for alternatives during the next year.

Too difficult to use, poor connectivity, cost. I will just feed my statements into ChatGPT and have AI organize my year end accounting.

I love the format and compact data screens.

Great Product, Great Service. I especially like customized reports and how all my credit accounts, bank accounts, and stock accounts are on one page. Have been using for at least 20 years.

Still the best there is in personal finance software. Most importantly, I can run it offline without linking to anything so can keep my own ledger separate from the bank's information. Quicken has grown very feature-rich in the 2 decades that I've been using it, and I am pleased with all the new budgeting tools, investment tracking options, and ability to manage separate finances.

It is far too slow running on my Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers regardless of the amount of free disk space, free memory, or the number of programs running. Reports are fantastic and manuvering through the program works very well.

I've been using Quicken since 2008 to manage my finances. It has all I need to watch, plan accounts and do tax preparation reports. You don't need anything else.

Works great. Love it.

Lost a star for what I think is a change. When I look at the left hand column in portfolio view, I don't see today's value. Instead I see a future value based on known future payments and transfers that I have entered in the appropriate registers.

COMPARE MY BANK STATEMENTS TO MY QUICKEN OFTEN RECORDS THE WRONG DESCRIPTIONS

I really need Quicken to keep me organized, however the price has gone up quickly and there are many bugs. Also I cannot link some of my financial institutions. The support is great.

Still a bit miffed with the subscription process but what can you do? Well, let me tell you; if you are going to make me pay every year then there really should be efforts made for annual (real) improvements. I track all of my personal finances through this which is a lot of transactions. I think I am pretty average in my use but it seems to run really slowly. Gets a bit frustrating. Don't really use alot of the features (pay bills through my bank or the respective creditors) and the features I use (investing) are a bit tricky. Setting up investigating transactions doesn't seem to jive with broker transactions and I am not very complex. I buy some stocks, enter them and then things happen that are often hard to record in Quicken. Heaven help you if the stock splits or merges or something which in stock-world is pretty common. Essentially need to back out of the stock in Quicken and then restart tracking which loses all the base data (when you first purchased, history, etc.). Could be me but if it is, and considering the annual subscription, one might think a program that is supposed to be user-friendly would be that.

Horrible service and follow up.
Months ago I reached to their tech people for an issue. They could not solve it, they opened and case and months later I never healed from them and the issue was never solved. Awful + plus the tech support people are not in the US and it’s very hard to understand them over the phone

Been using Quicken for about 30 years, just leave it alone, when you change don't implement the change automaticaally, let me chose changes when you change a view
