Easier to expand column lengths or wrap around

Horrible service and follow up.
Months ago I reached to their tech people for an issue. They could not solve it, they opened and case and months later I never healed from them and the issue was never solved. Awful + plus the tech support people are not in the US and it’s very hard to understand them over the phone

Been using Quicken for about 30 years, just leave it alone, when you change don't implement the change automaticaally, let me chose changes when you change a view

Could not submit credit card payment for state return. Called support line twice. They gave no help. Finally switched to paying for state return out of federal refund for substantial fee.

I have been a long time quicken user and frankly it's just not keeping up with the times for the price you charge (which you keep increasing). Yes you keep adding dash boards which are not very helpful. Downloading transactions from banks, credit cards and investment firms gets more and more cumbersome. Bill pay sucks. And now when I download my investments and accept one the prompt goes back to the top meaning after every accept investment I have to scroll down to accept the next item. Sorry Quicken use to be a big fan - now not so much. And one of these days I'm going to move on.

I’ve been using Quicken for 30+ years and it gets better all the time although I don’t have any need for the new features since I’m old school. I just like to keep accurate accounting so that I can go back years to find a transaction if need be- which I’ve had to do for taxes.

Quicken is the only financial software that I will use. Others just don't compare.

Quicken continues to be full of problems. I would like information on how to get my money back!

I have been using for more than 20 years. It does what I need the program to do. Beats building spreadsheets and databases.

They continue to make improvements to Quicken. It is easy to use for my needs.

I use very basic quicken. Admittedly I don’t use to the fullest extent but I still get stuck sometimes

I mainly use for regular household banking. The fact that you charge an annual fee over 100.00 a year is crazy. I could understand if I was using for business accounting and tracking investment accounts and such. Basic household banking should be maybe 50.00 or less

It is bit clunkly with downloading the tranasactions. Also add a feature to go back after making a change.

My experience with Quicken Rep. was great until I got disconnected.

I still am unable to use quicken, it’s not fixed and I pay for this.

Good, pricey home accounting software.

I canceled once because of nasty rudeness.
Now like a dumb butt I never checked num lock key and of course Quicken did not work. so i called and he who answered say I have to pay 1 yr subscription to get it turned back on.
I don't do nothing but used Quicken in my home No down loading nothing.
I wanted Quicken back on so I so tired of this guy attitude I had to yell at him to listen to what i was saying. So $83.00 later. But i Caught it that it was off and shutdown computer and turned it back on and fine.

It's great for tracking electronic transactions so nothing is lost.
