It was difficult providing some of the information that was needed.

I have been a long-time customer of Quicken Loans, and in the past I’ve had very positive experiences, especially with your online system, which I’ve always found efficient and user-friendly.
However, my most recent loan experience was disappointing. Shortly after closing, my loan was sold to another provider, and the service I’ve received since then has been significantly below the standard I associate with your brand. This transition negatively impacted my overall experience.
While I would genuinely consider working with Quicken Loans again in the future, the immediate resale of my loan makes it difficult to feel confident about doing so. Knowing that I may end up with a different, and potentially lower-quality, servicer is a major concern and will likely influence my decision to explore other lenders next time.
I hope you take this feedback into consideration, as maintaining consistency in customer experience, even after the loan is sold, is very important to loyal clients like myself.

You give people the hopes of a loan then destroy it your of no help even though you brag about helping people

I applied for a loan with this company and was not approved, despite having a credit score around 720. That alone isn’t the issue—what’s frustrating is how the process is presented.
The way they advertise and guide you through the application feels misleading, giving the impression you’re likely to qualify without clearly explaining the real criteria upfront. Information from representatives was inconsistent, and it felt like the goal was simply to get me to apply rather than provide transparent, honest expectations.
If you’re considering applying, make sure you fully understand the terms and don’t rely on initial promises or assumptions. Based on my experience, the process lacks transparency and clear communication.

They told me no when 4 other companies told me yes. I only checked with them because I had a mortgage with them years ago. Not sure what they saw that other companies didnt. At the end of the day, I got the money from the equity in my home from Mutual of Omaha. Go there.

My initial conversation regarding started on Friday with my concerns to abtain a loan was nervous for me at the beginning however within 15 minutes of conversation regarding my personal needs, concerns,and eligibility for this loan quickly evaporated. The entire process from the morning hour phone call a conversation with my wife on this loan application and continuing with the process thru your loan officer 's was professional,pleasant, very efficient,and personal. My notary visit signing for accepting this loan took only 13 days. I am very pleased with my loan details which includes a great interest rate for my credit rating and dept to income ratios. It's easy and simple and I do need the loan

Over the past 12 years I have refi'd my mortgage twice. Both times I contacted Quicken Loans early in the process. They are one of the larger lenders, and they advertise about their customer friendly process. Both times Quicken Loans would not qualify me for a cash out refi. My mortgage was in the $1M range, with typical pressures on income, debt, and credit rating. The loan officers were friendly and tried to help, but the Quicken qualification requirements were very difficult to meet. In both cases, after being rejected by Quicken, I had no problem qualifying for a cash out refi with another well-known lender, with competitive terms. In my experience, Quicken Loans seems to be more risk averse than other lenders.

They have been so helpful…if I could say anything somewhat negative, is that I hope we can close very early!

Quicken/Rocket Mortgage is the best on finding the lowest rates and customer service! They can’t be beat!!!
