As you are aware we dispatched your order on the day it was placed, but unfortunately our third party nationwide carrier took until now to deliver the parcel. We requested information from them on a daily basis after you contacted us and we were told each day the parcel would be delivered the next day. Sincerest apologies again for the inconvenience. It is very disappointing and frustrating for us to work so hard to dispatch orders swiftly and for them not to be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, an area we have no control over. We have refunded you the delivery charge as we don't expect you to pay for such a disappointing service.
