I have always had good experiences, but this time I am very very sorry, for the rude and impolite treatment received at the checkout in al barsha 1. I was treated like a delinquent in front of my 10 year old daughter just because the gentleman who was checking the car, as I believe he is racist towards Italians, smelled smoke in the car, even though I don't smoke, the car had been washed and there was more petrol than when I took it. After being threatened with applying a fine of 500 dhs, he forced me to go and wash the cabin air filter, the video of which I sent to customer service and it is clear that the filter was in terrible condition from the start and not after 8 days of rental. after returning it he tells me that he still smells...Enough I can't tolerate this situation anymore, being accused by a rude and arrogant person, who says he doesn't smoke and so I wonder how you can smell it? this is completely false! I am truly angry and sorry about this situation and I hope that the management can take action on this rude and fake person!. be careful, they try to get your money in a sneaky and arrogant way.

I rented a car from Quick Lease and returned it with the same fuel level as when I received it. However, they charged me 50 AED from my deposit without informing me. I'm unsure why this deduction was made, especially since I only drove 40 kilometers for the entire week.

The most bad experience in my life with car rental company. They charged more than one thousand euro even without making any rental service after I stopped to buy their service!!! And it was after more than one year I was a customer of this company. I’m sure the management of the company should pay attention for going of concern their business.

Very dangerous not serviced cars that may lead accidents and death. My bad experience with this company made me write a review for awareness and to help everyone to take care and to avoid this company.

Car broke down, and then i got fined for breaking down on a bridge, then i got fined for not having a triangle, which was not provided by car lease. Then they refused to pay my fines. Crazy stuff.

Terrible company

This is a fraud company ROBBERS. They will pay you less 20% of your deposit that you pay due to the charges they put on not your bank for returning your deposit. Please stay away from this company. This is the first time I have used this company and never again I have on several occasions hired from others and always had my full money back.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I booked a car in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t available. I was then made to wait for **two hours**, only to be offered a different car at **double the price**.

A reputable company would take responsibility and provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost, especially when the issue was clearly **not my fault**. Due to this delay and lack of support, I **missed an important appointment**.

On top of that, there were **several hidden charges** that weren’t communicated upfront. Customer service was extremely poor — unhelpful, unapologetic, and dismissive.

I will **never rent from them again** and would strongly advise others to be carful with them.

Was sad to give the car back after 6 months but the handover was enjoyable and seamless thanks to Asad Mehmood who was super helpful and very polite and the process was carried out very quickly. Thank you.
