Very unprofessional and aggressive

I asked for a specific tyre size. They replied saying they had a particular brand – but I didn't realise it was a different size. My mistake – I agreed on WhatsApp without checking properly.

I only noticed the error 10 months later during my MOT. I called them and asked if they could swap to the correct size. They offered a £60 extra charge, which I was happy to accept.

Then they called me back. Instead of helping, they started shouting and swearing at me. Only when he highlighted that I had agreed on WhatsApp to the brand and size they provided did I apologise for my mistake. I admitted I hadn't realised the size was different. He then accused me of "trying a fast one" and continued yelling.

Shouting and cursing at a customer – even one who made an honest mistake – is completely unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend. Guy also is a racist called me and F Paki. I think the guy is Asian himself I'm not even Asian.

It's an easy mistake to make on my side
255/45/20 they replied they have a michelin 255/40/20 so from one digit it's easy to miss.

I recommend not to use there service beacuse they don’t even know how to change tyre when they done something wrong they blaim on you absolutely ridiculous

They offer mobile tyre fitting to prey on people who are desperate and in a hurry. They told me and confirmed in writing that it’s new tyre but used completely worn out tyre. In the complete dark they tricked me. Disgusting people and do not use them!
