Fantastic experience
I have just finished an 8 session course of one to ones with Will from quietnote. Will took me through a variety of different meditations both using music and without. We worked on implementing a daily mindfulness practice into my everyday life. It has been a fantastic experience. I feel a lot more confident and able to use mindfulness more intuitively during my day. The use of music was really interesting and helped make mindfulness more accessible. Will created a really safe space where I felt I could get the most out of the sessions.
