Incredibly fast shipping and my Seasonic Noctua PSU works flawlessly. I even mentioned how I had to return a faulty PSU I bought from amazon and they were able to test it for me before shipping. After receiving it and running more tests, it has a stable 12V rail and performed well in my stress tests. Needless to say I’m very happy with this purchase.

This is my second order from them already this month and I receive it in California within a few days. If it weren’t for the tariffs, I’d keep ordering from them. But even with them, the quality and customer service alone is enough to keep doing business with them.

Quiet PC is an amazing company with super professional and friendly staff.
We ordered our second system and we use them as development systems running Proxmox Hypervisors and several virtual servers. The Servers then run Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Planning Analytics (Windows Server and RHEL Redhat Enterprise Linus), Insightsoftware CDM, GIT and so on. We saw this hardware selection as experimental. With the 2 ports on the 25 Gbit/s NIC to our fs.com Switches all components are rocket fast. We are astonished and excited about this. A fan less system handling all this load at an incredible speed. This is remarkable.

This company has a very large product selection and totally transparent with the stocks. Prices are also at the reasonable side even some items are below market general. Conmunication, packaging and delivery top class. While everything is good, their name doesn’t always pop up on google or from known websites such as price runner or pcpartpicker.

Definetely bookmarked them for the next orders.

Quiet PC.com is one of the VERY FEW online stores that stock the (oh so quiet!) PSU (power supply unit) that I purchased. Shipping info is clear on their website and ordering online was easy. The PSU was shipped promptly and arrived exactly 7 days from date of order to my rural delivery address in New Zealand. Talk about speedy service! Kept me in the loop via email at every step. They had an issue supplying the colour I asked for (which wasn't on them), but offered multiple work-around solutions which felt like they had my best interests in mind. I also asked a couple of questions before purchasing and they answered with good info. Note: I ordered a new custom-built PC as opposed to individual parts.

The new PC was required due to the impending removal of windows 10 from support in October 2025. The order process was straight forward and easy to navigate. The payment process was also easy. The PC arrived on the date given, which was a few days later. I have spent a while adding the Windows 365 applications to the PC. The unit I purchased was the DB4 Cube in the Titanium finish, not only is it silent, it is a piece of artwork as well. Diagnosed an installation error I made which caused my PC not to start up.
And solved a problem with my PC that has been a dilemma for a long time.

Really clear and good range of configuration options for the build to order PC, delivered on time and no problems so far.

I bought a PC from Quiet PC about 5 years ago, which recently failed in a significant way. After carrying out some local diagnostics, I was reasonably certain that the motherboard had failed. Despite being well outside the warranty period, I must commend Andy F (Technical Support Manager) who was kind enough to support me, to that the extent that I am now up and running again, using a replacement motherboard. Andy certainly went above and beyond, and is a credit to Quiet PC. It is this kind of long-term, client support strategy which is missing from the majority of organisations these days.

I purchased a custom silent home-office PC from QuietPC to replace my main desktop pc at the end of March. Realising that I'd specified an SSD that didn't have the capacity I needed, I contacted Quiet PC and within a few days they have exchanged it for a bigger one which they cloned my OS and data onto.
That's what I call service: quick, friendly, efficient. Couldn't ask for more!
Having had to go back to my old computer for a few days made me realise what a joy it is to now have a silent computer. All I can hear is the sound of the external HDD I'm using to tranfer data, the clacking of the keyboard and the sound of the mouse in the mouse-mat. Bliss!
