Amazing appointment with Dr Rachael Thomas today. I'd had botox elsewhere but went to discuss botox and filler with her. I had the botox treatment after the consultation.

Wow, this Dr is magic with a needle! Didn't feel a thing. Plus, she's very honest in saying when her professional opinion is that you do not need a treatment or as much of a treatment, which I really appreciate! I am more into conservative tweakments so it aligns with what I'm after. Because of this I feel I can really trust her, unlike practitioners elsewhere which try to sell you as many different areas of botox and filler as they possibly can.

10/10, would recommend for anyone! Plus, what a fascinating and impressive career Dr Rachael has had! First a lawyer, then studying MEDICINE! Wow!

Dr Quinn has been treating my daughter and I for rosacea for the past 4 years and I cannot recommend him and his clinic enough. We both had an initial treatment course and now have 2 maintenance treatments each year. It has made such an improvement in our condition and has had a hugely positive effect on our confidence. From the very first appointment Dr Quinn put us completely at ease. He explains everything and would never recommend anything he didn't think suitable even though that means he would be losing out financially. We have complete trust in him, he is just a lovely man. The clinic is very calm and relaxing and all members of staff are so welcoming and friendly and again put you at ease straight away. Our treatment has made such a difference to us both, we wouldn't consider going anywhere else and would encourage anyone with skin issues to visit Quinn Clinics, you won't regret it.

Every treatment he gives is thoroughly considered, he doesn’t need to push any services onto anyone, and only ever advises on what he thinks will give you the most benefit (and he is always right). Recently, I noticed that time was catching up with me, so I decided to talk to Dr. John and Dr. Rachel about facial treatments Quinn Clinics could offer a mixed-race man in his mid-40s to help refresh my appearance. During my consultation, I was offered the opportunity to have a 3D photo done, and it was here that Dr. Racheal was able to highlight noticeable signs of ageing. More importantly, she was able to show me how she could help reverse the signs of age that had been concerning me recently by combining various treatments offered at the clinic.

As part of my treatment plan, it was suggested that my initial treatment should be the Morpheus 8, and WOW, I can’t recommend it enough—especially for those with mixed-race skin like mine. Initially, I was concerned about how my skin would react, but the results have been transformative! Dr. Racheal explained that Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency, targeting deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen production, which in turn helps present a more youthful appearance.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic on the day of my treatment, the staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process, addressing all my concerns about skin tone and potential side effects. This level of care immediately put me at ease.

The treatment itself was quick and straightforward. A numbing cream was applied to my face, and I felt like I had been to visit the dentist. During the Morpheus 8 treatment, I felt only minimal discomfort. Post-treatment, I experienced some mild redness and swelling, which, again, I expected as it was explained this is typical of any microneedling procedure. Still, these effects subsided within a couple of days. The real magic happened around the one-week mark. My skin began to look smoother, tighter, and more even-toned. Not only did the fine lines around my eyes and mouth diminish, but my cheekbones also appeared more defined, giving me a more chiselled look. The neck and jawline enhancements were particularly impressive; I noticed a significant improvement in their prominence, making me feel much more confident.

What stood out the most was how well the treatment catered to my unique skin characteristics. Finding professionals who understand the nuances of mixed-race skin is crucial, and I was in good hands throughout the process. I am now super excited for my next treatment phase where my jawline and chin will be enhanced with filling agents.

I have been visiting John / Quinn’s clinics for many years and recently tried Morpheus 8….. I’m so so happy with the results already… I have had a couple of treatments - my main concern was the bags under my eyes, I felt tired looking and also my neck area bothered me…. After my 3rd treatment I can honestly say the difference is really noticeable … I look refreshed and younger but also natural and healthy too….. really happy with the results and as always completely trust and am guided by John’s recommendations.

Professional , warm and honest

I had an amazing experience at the clinic. It’s in a great location, and as soon as you walk in, you can tell the place looks very professional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they know what they are doing and can recommend the treatments you need. I had my treatment with Magdalena, and I can’t thank her enough. Her care was exceptional, and she has extensive knowledge. My skin looks so much better and healthier.

I have been a patient of some of the big names in London over some 25 years. I have not been fully satisfied by any of them in terms of either quality or cost. It's not unfair to say that many are motivated by the enormous amounts of money sloshing round central London and less by the idea of doing a really good job!
I discovered Quinn Clinics recently and am SO impressed with everything and everyone. Charming, helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble. A very relaxed environment. John Quinn is, I think exceptional - a doctor who loves what he does and does it thoughtfully and superbly. Any email you send in, he reads. Nothing is left to chance. I have also had treatment with Dr Rachel - again superb. On top of all that, they have the best technology - no Chinese fakes here. Just excellent!
