We have been using Quinns Printers for 5+ years. We recently made an order for a time-sensitive deadline. Quinns provided us with a guarantee that the turnaround would be delivered in time for a showcase that we required the printed material for.

We trusted Quinns, who have always delivered on time or within the promised time frame.

The day that the jobs were to be delivered, we received a call from Quinns to meekly explain that the job had not been started in production. We explained our situation and that this was a time-sensitive project. Quinns promised that we could collect the job from our local DPD office on Saturday.

On arrival to DPD's office/depot, we quickly realised the office was closed and without a tracking number for our jobs and with Quinn's offices being closed, we had no way and no one to contact or complain to.

A number of calls were left unanswered until today when we were told that the tracking number was with the invoice and that as far as Quinn's team members had been concerned, their job was done. We are yet to receive our jobs.

Their sudden lack of communication and confidence in their service has made us doubt our trust in ordering with this company again.

I have been dealing with Quinn’s for quite a while now and I have always found them excellent. Their customer service, quality of their work which is always to a very high standard, and their prices, are second to none. I will continue to work with Quinn’s on all jobs well into the future.

I've been using Quinns for over 10 years now. In all this time they've never done a poor quality job. Quality has always been excellent. A few years ago, they started to slip a little by way of customer service and a times, sorting out problems could be a little difficult. But now, Hayley is a gem. She really shines by being very fast in responding and is extremely helpful when it comes to sorting out problems which may occur from time to time. If she says she will get back to you, she does just that. Problems arn't just left...she sorts them. Quinns need to keep hold of her. Good, prompt customer service is absolutely essential, and Quinns have this in Hayley.

I deal with the head of sales Eoghan Murphy who is excellent at his job and has never let me down, once he says he'll do something.. he always follows true on his word, l look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

Used Quinns for a good number of years - they've had hiccups along the way in the past - if something went wrong it was very difficult to get it rectified or compensated. Must say the recent quality, service and cost on a bespoke job was so much better - being able to chat / email production is a huge thing. I was rest assured client requests would be met and Quinns were 2 days early with delivery, delighted - thank you very much, a great service to provide.

We have used Quinns for a number of years now for leaflet and magazine printing. The product is always very good. The price is great (nobody beats them). They often let us down with delivery though so only 4 stars.

Generally good quality and well priced print. Dealt with the company many years. Only criticism would be their speed of response when something is 'out of the ordinary'.

Joel and Hayley - Excellent customer service - A print job went missing and both Joel and Hayley sorted it out for me and got the job reprinted and shipped to me with Clear and regular communication was carried out with me. I have used Quinns The printers many times and I will continue to use them

Excellent company to deal with, very competitive pricing and great customer support.

The service has been excellent and I'm very pleased with the product. There was a little delay as the email sent asking for acceptance of the proof did not seem to register my acceptance, so I had to phone, but after that the production time and the delivery time were excellent, thank you.

I am extremely satisfied with the products and services received from Quinns printing. The staff is very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. All my orders are delivered error-free in a timely, consistent manner. I appreciate your dedication to the customers.
