Deceptive label on Turmeric at Costco. I bought a large container that had "1500 mg" in large print. Thinking it was a good deal I bought it. When I opened it I noticed it says in very small print "... See more

Worst Customer Service
The worst ever to deal with. There is a customer service number but after being on hold for a brief time they ask you to leave a message and good luck getting a call back. I did get a call back and they couldn't be bothered to answer my question in a voicemail as a matter of fact they couldn't be bothered leaving a voicemail. I emailed and that was not any better. Time to find another company. I can buy and support another business who at least appreciates my business. This place is a joke.
I am sure the product quality is…
I am sure the product quality is excellent. The packaging is the problem. The seal under the cap is impossible to completely remove. I used a sharp knife and still couldn’t get all of it. The container says to “Shake Well Before Use”. Because of the seal material still present you now have yellow liquid everywhere! This is my third bottle with the problem…it is the last!
they set me up with automatic delivery…
they set me up with automatic delivery which I didn't realize until they sent it to me. They make it difficult for me to cancel the subscription. They say to log into my account to cancel the subscription. I don't even have an account with them. I'm getting sick and tired of ordering online and dealing with scams. Time to go back to local shopping.
FRUSTRATING Customer service, inaccurate information on their website and CS reps never answer the CS phone!
I have purchased their products for years but always through Costco and other stores. This was my first experience ordering through their company's website. BEFORE I placed an order, I asked if their liquid Turmeric really did not include the ingredient erythritol because their website does not show it in the detail portion of the ingredient list but their version of this product at Costco includes it. Our cardiologists said to avoid this ingredient now because recent studies are showing it actually can increase heart attacks and strokes. Since Qunol's website didn't show it in their version, I emailed to be sure and they did reply that their website ingredient list is accurate and I asked why then does their product at Costco contain the ingredient and they said sometimes big box stores request different ingredients. So, because I confirmed that their listing was accurate, that the ingredient is not listed, I placed an order. I bought 3. Well, the items arrive and sure enough, just like the Costco version, it actually DOES contain erythritol! I immediately contacted customer service, including the screenshots of the listing on their website and our email thread and I asked them for a return label since they gave me inaccurate information about their product and they told me I have to pay for return shipping!! I emailed several times back and forth and tried calling three times, pointing out that it was THEIR fault since they gave me erroneous information and I specifically clarified before ordering and they still insisted I have to pay for return shipping. I finally got my lawyer involved who clearly pointed out by my screenshots and emails with them, they were in the wrong here. They FINALLY relented and issued me credit for the 3 bottles. No apology, of course, and they still to this day, weeks later, never have updated their details on the item listing showing it contains erythritol so they clearly are being deceptive and untruthful and those customers avoiding this ingredient should be aware of this! By the way, I tried calling their customer service phone number 3 times total, during their CS hours and was first placed on hold for several minutes and then it just goes to voicemail, making you leave a VM but they never once returned my phone calls. Who has CS that never answers the phone during business hours?? AND I had to write several emails because they do their best to avoid your emails and avoid writing you back. Worst CS experience ever, deceptive ingredients list on their website...after this experience, I will no longer purchase their products, even at other stores, because a company like this cannot be trusted. There are too may other companies out there that make just as good products. They could have kept me as a customer had they just done the right thing in the first place since they clearly were in the wrong and I did my due diligence before buying the product but instead they put me through ringer first. JUST DO THE RIGHT THING!! And, again, by not updating their website STILL says a lot about how little they care about their customers and are trying to hide ingredients.
Disappointed
I cannot tell that any of the three supplements I have purchased has done anything.
The 300 mg magnesium I can't tell anything. The gummies with turmeric and something else take a long time to chew and stick in my teeth and the one for joint pain that hasn't done anything either. Too much money for nothing.
Cannot contact customer service via phone cuz no one answers. I thought this was supposed to be a good company. Ha!

My boots I had are so nice and warm and I would buy again very happy
I ordered the magnesium gummies over…
I ordered the magnesium gummies over two weeks ago. When I requested a delivery date, I was told they would ship out another bottle.
I still have received no product after paying $27.95. Thankful I did not order more! I will be talking with my bank immediately!
Bottom line; there is NO customer service with this company!
Qunol has great products
Qunol has great products. I take turmeric and coq10. Always a super product for my heart health.

Recent order
Recently ordered products. Almost immediately after ordering I contacted them explaining I'd like to change order to a subscription. Only response was you can do that on next order. Not even a let me see what I can do effort. Order wasn't even processed. Then magically shipped. Sloppy lazy customer service. Won't be a next time. The cancellation option on PayPal is blocked.
This is a warning about Qunol company…
This is a warning about Qunol company in New Jersey who produce and sell Qc10 and other health supplements. STAY AWAY FROM ANY DIRECT ORDERING FROM THE COMPANY! Buying the products from other retailers should be fine, but buying direct from the company can and most likely will result in never receiving the products while losing any money paid. What is even worse, they don’t have a functioning customer service department and any attempts to contact will be ignored, even reaching out to upper management. This company will take your money and deliver in return NOTHING.
I am writing about Qunol Company
I am writing about Qunol Company, not the product. I have used Qunol CoQ10 for years. No problems. And then I received a bottle that had melted supplements. I reached out (in October) and their initial response was awesome. Now, over 2 months later I am still chasing that replacement bottle which they sent USPS (dumb) and when I never received it, they basically told me I was on my own and good luck. If you've ever tried to find ANYTHING missing from USPS you know this is a fools errand. What is worse, they have ignored all my follow up emails and now that I have read other reviews... seems like a good product... terribly run business and no customer support. I have done a deep dive and found a suitable replacement supplement. I figured their inability to get me 1 replacement bottle will cost them over 200 purchased bottles in my lifetime. Their loss. Be careful with this company.
I placed an order during Qunol's…
I placed an order during Qunol's holiday sale to take advantage of the pricing. The order was for several bottles of various Qunol supplements (5-6 bottles each of 3 supplements). The ordered quantities would have lasted my wife and me several months.
Quonol canceled my order and provided contact info for their "wholesale department". I had no intention of selling any of what I ordered, it was for our own use. I also don't want to be a seller of Qunol products.
If Qunol wanted to limit a purchase quantity, they should have stated so or set the order form to maximum quantities that Qunol was willing to sell.
I emailed Qunol with all of the above information and I haven't received a response.
They canceled my discounted order and REFUSE to respond to me
I placed a large order with an advertised holiday discount. I wanted to stock up for a year since they were offering a 30% discount on the website. I placed my order, and my card was charged. Order was placed November 26th. I received an order cancelation notice on December 7th. They told me in an email to fill out a wholesale account form, but I am not a re-seller and don't have the documents needed to apply! I emailed them back and explained that and asked them to let me order with the discount and of course I NEVER received any kind of reply. I am very upset that they canceled my entire order and refuse to respond to me. Very shady and unethical.
Had to "throw a rock through a window" to get Customer Service's attention.
FYI: Internet sources are reporting tha QUNOL has been bought out by the French drug manufacturer Sanofi around July 2023. FYI.
No problem with the product. I've been using it for over a decade (maybe 2) per the suggestion of my highly trusted and respected Chiropractor (old school - not the modern "hocus-pocus, make me more moneyus" stuff practiced so much today). I have always obtained it from either Walmart or Costco. However, when I had a question regarding it for my Doctors, I tried several times to use the phone number on the label (the only number that you can find for them out there). I got recordings, then it would hang up. I tried emailing the company via their support email, and their website's native contact form. Again, no response. The only other agency I have ever had to work with that was this efficient in not letting you contact was our local DMV - but at lest you can go face-to-face with them.
Fearing that I may have been buying a sham product from a sham company, I started researching any side angles I could. I finally was able to email someone associated with their endorsements. They emailed me back almost immediately, and forwarded my email to their contacts.
Apparently, disturbing one of their "Golden Gooses" was enough to get them to react.
The next day I found a voicemail from them via a different phone number (which I am keeping for future potential needs). When I returned their call, the person answering sounded surprised that I (a customer) had gotten through to them. While it is not uncommon to be asked the nature of your call before being transferred, their inquiry of me had a resistive, hesitant & interrogative tone (I used to be a professional interrogator, so I recognize such).
Their representative I was transferred to sounded concerned that my messages had gone unanswered, and that they could not find any sign that I had tried to contact them. I will take that as legitimate concern.
When I began asking my questions, most of what I got was non-informative stuff that I would expect from a sales pitch, or someone doing their best for the company, but without key technical information at their disposal. While I was assured the product was safe, I was not able to get specifics or sources that would have put my Doctors at ease.
Overall, I have no reason to doubt the product at this time. However, like so many other reviews here at the time I wrote this, their customer service leaves one a great deal to be desired.
Placed an order and never received it…
Placed an order and never received it nor did I ever received a response to emails requesting info about it. Qunol does continue to send me ads and request for surveys. I'll never do business with them again.
Don't believe
Placed an order online Friday 8/25/23. I received an email confirmation and side about 14 days delivery time due to high demand. Realizing that won't work I sent an email on 27th and again 28th twice asking for a response and confirmation order was canceled. The 29th I'm told it was shipped. Guess not so much high demand. Cancel was the magic word
Long time customer fed up with incompetence
I've been a customer for years.
When they fulfill orders, it's great. Unfortunately, when they don't fulfill orders, your nightmare begins...and currently they don't make a product to treat that anxiety. My last sizable order (over $100) was placed May 30, 2023. As of today, July 17, I am now supposed to receive the products on July 19... nearly 2 months after purchase. I've been out of one of my supplements for about 4 weeks now. Contacting Customer Service is a joke. After 3 attempts across several weeks I finally got a lie that my order was shipping out... that was 2+ weeks ago. A reputable company would express ship the order at their expense after such a lengthy delay or offer a partial refund of costs. You'll get nada from this group. Sad to see beloved Tony Hawk got tied to this very poorly run operation and now they're spending tons on social media advertising. A company with such a limited product line that cannot competently do basic fulfillment, really shouldn't survive much longer. My suggestion to their management is to investigate Amazon fulfillment until they've hired appropriate personnel to fulfill orders and can respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
NO help from support if something wrong…
NO help from support if something wrong with the order! No refunds from them! Refund only through your bank using the charge dispute option.
