My experience was absolutely perfect. At the beginning I was a little scared, going to a country that I don't know and I've never been before (Turkey), but all my doubts went away as soon as I arrived. I was NEVER alone! The organisation was perfect, the hôtel was amazing, the hospital (Memorial Hospital) was modern and incredible and the doctor was the most competent and kind I've ever met, the transport was very efficient, and I honestly felt like a princess.
I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Mehmet Melih Cicek, he understood what I wanted, and was very clear about what he could and couldn't do with my nose (thing that I appreciated a lot) and he took his time to answer all my questions and doubts.
The staff at the hospital was extremely efficient, and when we had some little difficulties, they were solved immediately.
I just want to say that I'm very happy with my new nose!
Qunomedical is an amazing service, they were with me from the beginning to the end, and I'm very grateful the people who took care of my trip!!

Staff at Qunomedical are all very pleasant - but after all, remember that they are just salespeople and receive commission from the clinics.
I used them to locate a dentist for some implant work. I couldn't find many verifiable reviews for the first dentist recommended (I very nearly stopped talking to them at this point). I accepted their 2nd recommendation but only after some back and forth.
Deal included hotel for 6 nights - I wish I had insisted on booking my own. The hotel I was booked into was terrible.
Service at the dentist was overall very good but would have been much better if I had been better prepared and understood clearly what the procedure was.
I will review the dentist once my treatment has been completed later this year.
I'm now home (5 weeks ago) after the first part of my treatment and I've not received any communication from Qunomedical. I now understand why I got asked many times for reviews before any treatment - I refused all these requests and now really pleased I did !
It's really poor - but they've probably already received their commission so I become the forgotten one
However, what they've not had is a recommendation from me for other bookings that friends and family have made for similar work in the past few weeks

We were lied to told I had an abscess and couldn’t have a bone graft and would need two extra visits,I went to another dentist who took X-rays and a scan which confirmed I hadn’t had an abscess and they had attempted a bone graft which they denied. My face was badly bruised and swollen I look like I’d been battered. They even expect you to go and see the dentist very late in the evening. I’ve had to come home with no bottom teeth and it’s devastating, worse still they don’t care I’ve been left out of pocket and traumatised.

A total shambles and a joke!! Agents don't reply for days, when they do they forget what's been discussed. Staff leave every few weeks and I got passed round over and over again, went through 12 different agents who all eventually just went quiet and each time left me having to figure out what was going on. I've had 13 different agents in total. Last one Caio, he was cocky and then eventually just went AWOL - leaving me high and dry with nothing, so I missed my appointment. I spoke to the manager Becky who couldn't care less and now I lost my deposit. I've escalated to the CEO Sophie Chung ,who also hasn't bothered to respond. Total joke of a company. Avoid at all costs

Following the below response from a Director, low and behold this was the only communication from him taking over from Sandy, who originally took over from Michelle, no response has been received from numerous chasing emails, it seems like the lack of communication flows down the business from the top. Nearly 5 years of chasing to get the issues with my teeth rectified, providing all evidence required from day 1 and I am still not getting anywhere.

Please think carefully before using these as years later you will still not get anywhere if you have issues. Having a response that a Director was stepping in gave me hope of finally getting the issues with my teeth resolved, but again I have been let down.
Please could someone contact me with how this is going to be rectified and not just provided a response saying it will be looked into as I never hear anything back.
Ibrahim was very helpful, answered every question, and made changes that I needed.

The company was very prompt in replying. I was assigned an knowledgeable agent who took me through the process quickly and effectively as well as answering any questions I had and providing advice and logistical support. That said however, I did not like the idea that a different agent was assigned to me during my second inquiry, as I had built up a rapport and trust with the former agent. in the end, the second agent was absolutely terrific anyway

Following a fairly unsuccessful procedure. I waited long enough for the results to be confirmed but it was not as hoped. I decided to email then text Qunomedical and this is when the Aftercare really became noticeable.
Ignored by Alison then Maya and now someone else stalling for time. Telling me they are waiting for a response from the clinic in Turkey. This clearly is not the case. My I itial email was November 2023 and now we are in May 24.
Yonela’s integrity is beyond reproach. She actually reported that I was not a good candidate for a hair transplant. Not the best news to receive, but she was more concerned about my health than the transplant. It was a very amazing experience

As it’s always the case when we planing to do any medical procedures, we naturally have questions. And when we do them in a different country we tend to have even more :-) I will say I was very pleased with the prompt replies, and with satisfying answers. The booking was smooth and all the info was right on .ohh and never felt pressured into anything which is very important. Once booked I was put in contact with the clinic and they assured me that everything is set as planned .
Over all it was a very easy planning and I would recommend Qunomedical for anyone wanting to get a medical procedure, since they take all the uncertainties away, and make it happen .
