Highly recommend Quooker and the installation. Arrived on time, installed quickly and job done to perfection by Ryan Platts. Ryan offered to fit back my shelf under the sink and leave room for the Quooker tank, which I’m sure is outside his remit. Superb service and fitting was 100%

Quooker tank leaking so badly. Tried phoning- can’t get through. Contact email got a response and gave serial numbers etc then no further response. £200 to get it serviced is very steep and that may not be the only cost. Not told this when you’re buying their product and works great until it doesn’t. Day 5 without use- let’s see how much longer before fixed and how much more it will cost. Would not recommend this purchase and wish I had researched it more before I purchased this relatively expensive product

Jason from Quooker was superb. He let us know in advance of his arrival time and he fitted a 5 type water tap in just over an hour. No mess, no fuss. He was also very good at explaining how the tap settings work.Delighted with the Quooker.

It is the kitchen appliance you never thought you needed and now realise you could never be without it. Well done Quooker. I particularly love the filtered sparkling water 👌🌸

Quooker responded quickly to my request for an engineer call. I cancelled thinking the problem had solved itself, and turned out hadn’t. They quickly rescheduled. Gheorghe arrived and immediately identified the problem, replaced the cylinder, which was under warranty. He was very polite, explained what the problem was and gave detailed answers to my questions. Successful resolution - delighted to have my tap in working order again - we’re loving it

like product is brilliant bot delivery of filter takes one week in same Dublin city and delivery company cant deliver by post code bad bad delivery company u using box with filter was missing for another week in different place,why taking so long when from Amazon comming in 2 days maybe time to change delivery company or who working on sales in your company every year same experience damn people

Jason called in bang on time. Before starting full service explained all to us which is reassuring.
He diagnosed the issues and did an excellent job resolving our issues. Very polite and answered all our questions.

Have Quooker tap and Cube for three years. Had problem with the Cube valve which attaches to the CO2 cylinder. Rang customer service, spoke to two people both of whom listened and provided logic efficient help. Really positive and keen to help me fix the problem. Ryan Platts, service engineer, arrived 4 days later and fixed the issue in a short time. He was so pleasant and efficient. Refreshing to have such a good experience. Would have no hesitation recommending the tap when the customer service is so positive. Thanks. Sue

Jason arrived on time - phoned before he arrived to confirm exact time. He was very pleasant and explained what he was repairing. A very clean job with dust mats on the floor etc. overall a very efficient service.

Nigel called out today to fix my leaking tap. He was very quick, tidy and had the job done in no time. Had a nice way about him, very personable and very apologetic about the issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service

Our previous quooker was great but the tap for the new one (in new house) is awful - quite often it takes 6 or 7 go's for the boiling water to come through. SO annoying

Ryan came to service our quooker and deal with a fault we were having. He was very professional, immediately knew the problem and had lots of useful information. He was on time and excellent to deal with. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is that it took 2 weeks to get an appointment.
