excellent & efficient

We had Gheorghe out to fix/service our Quooker Tap. Gheorghe is professional and polite, he walked me through all the checks he was going to carry out before he got stuck in. Then, he fixed the position of the tap and cleaned up all the wires and pipes that were very messy from the original install. The tap extension pipe has never worked smoothly but now it’s perfect. Really happy with the job he did and would recommend him highly.

I booked a service call with Quuoker recently. Impressive customer service from start to finish. A shout out to Ryan who has our tap running as good as new!

The process for organizing service is straightforward with appointment scheduled about a week later. Service engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived within the hour of the scheduled time and resolved our issue with full explanation of what and why the issue had occurred.
Four star review only because there was a lot of time lost in working through all the suggested self help options on the quooker site that are really not an option in my option for the average customer.

Fast response time, got the job done and managed to sace me having to buy a whole new tap. Thank you!

Excellent time keeping. Courtesy outstanding- removed shoes. Helpful and efficient. Ryan arrived with all necessary equipment to ensure no mess was created. My kitchen was left cleaner after his visit. Delighted to have my Quooker back up and running (an expensive luxury but great).

Jason came out to fix and issue with our cube system, he sorted the issue very quickly and cleaned up really well after himself

Ringing Quooker to organise a service was a pleasure, equally the aervice was on time and executed perfectly, I feel like I have a new tap and all within the standard service price, you just can't beat that for service. Recommend Quooker as a product and for their customer service

We ordered a service on our large quooker and filtered water tap and was amazed at the thoroughness and amount of parts replaced to ensure smooth running for another 3 years. Excellent clean work.
