Please Avoid

Please Avoid!

Please avoid using this company unless you are prepared to wait until it is convenient for them to complete the job. Tomasz is perfectly charming, and will promise you the earth, but when it comes to actually installing your windows, it is a different story. Tomasz seems to think that because he has subcontracted the job out to separate installers (without my knowledge), it is not his fault (or responsibility) when they do not perform. I have had to explain to him that that is not how the law treats subcontracting, which seemed to surprise him.

Having paid in full for the job weeks ago, with the first installation date booked back in May, it has been one excuse after another. My property is rented out as a holiday let, so installation is not always possible, however I have now had three dates cancelled on the day. Very disappointed and irritated. Tomasz shows a general disregard for other people's lives (and businesses) so long as his own interests are protected.

I can't comment on the quality of his work, as I am still yet to see any of it.

Clare, I am sorry you had this experience. As you can see from the previous reviews you had just bad luck on your installation as the installers were calling off-sick on a day of installation. It may happen unfortunately and I did not book 2 teams for you just in case.
It's very harming for us to have this sort of comments and I am disappointed you did not show enough understanding despite the fact I was really doing all what I could to arrange another team of installers.
Furthermore, we also need enough time to do our job properly and we cannot be constrained within your dedicated free slots and this most likely will not fall with the free time slots for the installation. More understanding would be really advisable.
Anyway, the job is completed successfully and you really had a bad luck with the installation which was caused primarily by you imposing strict dates for the installation which not necessarily work like this.
We wish you good luck and please put sometimes good comments to companies as you seem to be very negative not only for us but also for other companies too. Life is beautiful so do not be so negative!

It has been a great company to work with
Got an excellent sales manager in tomasz
He installed in total 20 windows at different site
He is always there at the time of delivery and make sure the whole process goes smoothly

Recommend them highly
They have very skilled and excellent installer.

Oak windows and door

British Quality Sash and Casement windows

I replaced 8 sash windows and 3 casements and I am amazed at the detailed finish of the products which arrived to my property within 6 weeks. The installation took place the next day. Installers arrived punctually and maintained clean working environment throughtout. I came across Quottify through recommendation. Furthermore, their services are very accurately priced compared to other on the market. I do recomend Quottify for double glazing replacements. Big thank you!
