If you ever need a repair with your diamonique rings don’t not allow QVC to fix then
I bought 2 rings that eventually needed repaired because the stones fell out. I called QVC to purchase the rings again, as I loved them…and I was wanting them for a future family wedding abroad but I was advised to get them repaired and not to buy replacements.
HenceQVC sent me envelopes to place the returns in ( at my expense)and I sent them off in January 26 ….. they should only take 6-8weeks but my rings weren’t returned to me until April 26th (needed then for a wedding abroad. 2days short of my flight).
With excitement and relief I opened the envelope to one of my rings not repaired.
The unrepaired ring blatantly sat in a box wi the missing stones stating at me.
I called and was stupidly told maybe the stones has falling out and we’re either in the ring box or in the envelope.
Than was emailed to say there should be a letter to say the ring can’t be fixed.
No letter. No loose stones.
I am fuming .
The subsequent calls and emails, were very impersonal.
QVC. I’m not happy. Will not be recommending anymore. RATNERS comes to mind ( if you know you know)

Replacement of stone from engagement ring
One of the stones from my engagement ring. Id worn it for several years and didn't even know QVC offered a repair service so when I got a reply to my email querying how to replace the missing stone I was buzzing.
I sent the ring away, and it was returned as good as new within the specified 12 week turnaround period.
I am absolutely delighted to have this beautiful ring back and so grateful for the amazing service of QVC and their phenomenal aftercare.

Delivery is getting quicker which is good. Evri do a great job in my area.
Selection is becoming broader however prices are increasing and quality doesn't always follow. Quality control needs to be looked at. Presenters do a good sell but often they disappoint.
