R-Tech Welding Reviews 

I have tried to buy a TIG welder from this company after a great deal of research. After deciding what I wanted I contacted them firstly by phone but just got left on hold. Then I tried again via their web form and asked two pre purchase questions but didn't get a reply. The next day I tried calling again but again couldn't get through so I tried around a dozen times to use their chat line again with no success. Then gave them feedback on one of their web based feedback forms suggesting they might do better to engage with sales enquiries, again no reply so I called them again only to be put on hold twice only to be cut off each time. Eventually I got to talk to one of their sales team who was abrupt & Kurt but did apologize for the difficulties I'd been having and he would reply to my messages strait away, he didn't bother replying. That was this morning they are shut now. Never dealt with a company who worked so hard to avoid dealing with customers at the point of sale. I wonder how hard it would be dealing with them on a warranty claim if their this bad when it's in their interest to interact? Not just bad astonishingly bad.

I highly recommend this company, customer service has been fantastic.

The old saying 'you only get what you pay for' is very true the equipment is quality I did a lot of research before buying this and bought an IMIG180 not used it yet but don't expect any problems I got a great deal and unlimited advice from Arran who was extremely helpful and very patient I am a basic beginner. He is very knowledgeable and a credit to his employers I would highly recommend this company

Recently bought a TIG210EXT Digital AC/DC TIG Welder. If I had to sum up my initial impression in just one word, it would be 'quality'. The construction and design are first class. The user interface is particularly well designed.
I bought this as 'shop soiled', so was expecting a few scuff marks, etc. But I've failed to find even the slightest blemish.
It arrived very shortly after ordering. Very well packaged.

What a stunning company! After the treatment (as in: It was a TREAT to be supplied by them!) I can only offer my congratulations. I bought a MIG welder from them in August. I read the reviews and learnt that I could have bought something cheaper, only to find the 'something' isn't the same! A month later I realised I should have bought a TIG, not a MIG. I phoned them and they offered to simply swap them, then sent me a discount of £40, two pairs of TIG gloves, rods, and tungstens - without me asking. No hassles. Lots of wise advice (including to NOT buy some bits from them they told me I wouldn't need!) and immediate attention to emails, calls, etc. Yes, they missed a delivery slot, but I'm in this life for the long-term, and it seems so are they.

Don't be fooled by the forums that say you're paying more for nothing. You aren't. You paying a little more for MUCH more value than the price.

It has indeed been a TREAT to have their machine. They warned me that TIG welding is more difficult, but I'm keen to learn and all those simple free tutorials are going to get me on the way.

I purchased a tig160 welder and later a Mig180 with Spool gun (for ally) from this company. The quality of the welders are great, Great after service too so highly recommended. Quick turn around for supplies and any issues are rectified immediately. This is the kind of service some other companies should follow if they wish to get repeat business and a happy customer.

I wanted too treat myself to a new AC/DC tig welder, now having seen many cheaper ones online and looking at reviews kept seeing mixed reviews but always positive for ones from this company called R-Tech.

Looked at R-Tech website, found it easy to negotiate and informative, went with them for quality of service ( great warranty for piece of mind ) and quality of product.

Order arrived super quick, extremely well packed, now tip if you buy the welding trolly...assembly instructions is on website not in box!!

100 % happy so far with R-Tech and as a side note because of my postcode although still UK mainland some companies couriers levy a surcharge, one such company went from free delivery to £150 the other day on a compressor but no such tactics from R-Tech just prompt free delivery.

I've purchased welding equipment from R-Tech welding after reading recommendation on a welder forum. They sell very good quality equipment at very reasonable prices. Their communication skills are excellent and they are extremely knowledgable. No question is too much for them for they will always go into details in order to find the best solution for you . Delivery is very fast and they are always trying their best to get you on the way as fast as possible.
Their customer service is irreproachable, I simply cannot fault them and I will not look any further than buying from them. Top company and Highly recommended...Thank you R-Tech welding for making my life easier.... You deserve a top review....

I purchased a tig210 digital welder from this company amongst other consumables. The quality of the welder is absolutely brilliant, got my gas and everything all in one shop. The guarantee on the welder is incredibly good at 3 years. It makes my first professional welder an even better purchase because of the extra warranty over its competitors.
