we ordered rads from 2 companies with the other company being a large online plumbing/heating business.. still no update from the other company where the rad ordered from here was delivered promptly and has been fitted for weeks, higly recommend

Great customer car, packaging and came quick
The bath came really well packaged and quickly. Fantastic quality bath. There was damage to the bath but the company had fantastic after care and offering me two solutions which we were really happy with.

Excellent service, warranty replacement
I recently purchased a radiator from Radiator Outlet. Unfortunately it was not working property and I contacted the company. They checked the fault and then immediately dispatched a replacement under warranty to arrive the next working day.
I was totally amazed, no argument whatsoever. I am a property developer and buy a lot of products online to keep costs down. But you cannot be too careful and I have had my finger burnt many times in the past. I am so happy with the service I will now be buying all of my radiator requirements from this Company.

Great products and excellent service
Great products and excellent service. We were very impressed with the quality of the products we looked at in the showroom. The sales person was extremely helpful in providing information about what we needed to be looking for. We ordered 8 radiators which were delivered promptly. When we came to fit them we found one had something rattling inside so I took it back (the showroom was only half a mile away) and they replaced it there and then. Very pleased with the product and the customer service
