Arrived with no damage
Delivery was good and arrived without damage. We opted for textured anthracite, but looks very smooth to us. Whether it is textured according to their specifications, we don't know. We already have textured anthracite on 3 Reina radiators which is a lot rougher. Because this towel rail is in another room, we've decided to stay with it.

Great customer service and product. Only downside was having to wait up to 8 weeks for one of the radiators to come from Italy. However I was well informed every step of the way and given choices.

Good communication throughout informing me of how my order was progressing. Great product and I'm really pleased with the new radiator. I was sent a faulty valve which customer service refunded easily and quickly with no issue. Would recommend.
