Excellent service

Excellent service! I had a problem setting up my new G90. I was unable to switch from speaker to headphone. I sent a late evening email to Radioddity hoping for a prompt response. Before I finished breakfast I had an email suggesting the fix. Wow!

Had an issue with my Radioddity DB-25D…

Had an issue with my Radioddity DB-25D booting to a white screen. Contacted customer support and after a few emails trying to troubleshoot the requested that I return the defective radio. They replaced it with a new one. Turn around time was fairly quick, satisfied with the service I recieved.

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a product which had to be returned and when contacting them, they were on top of it making sure I had a working product and that I was familiar with all the details about the product. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with…Kayla

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kayla from Reddy Support. Upon providing the order number, a description of my problem, and some pictures, she was very cooperative with me, and was very quick to confirm I qualified for a warranty replacement. The replacement came fairly quickly, and followed up to see I had received it. That's Customer Support!

Superior customer service!

Ran into some issues when placing an order using reward points. I contacted the customer service people to get the situation resolved. Canny and Luke were wonderful. They resolved all my issues and I was able to place my order. Great job!

Luke at Radioddity was very helpful…

Luke at Radioddity was very helpful troubleshooting the issue with the radio I bought. Unfortunately the radio would not work so Luke arranged a replacement and the new radio arrived in a few short days. Thank you so much for your help Luke.

I was looking for an out of print operator manual...

I was looking for an out of print manual for my Xiegu G90, late in the day before a holiday, of course.

I was expecting a response the following Monday but much to my surprise, (and delight), I received a response right away which TOTALLY solved my problem. The solution couldn't have been any easier.

Kudo to the great customer service rep Hazel.

address change

After filling out the online order form to have my purchase delivered to an address different from mine, so it wouldnt be stolen from the porch, the email auto-fill changed that address to my own. It did take longer than 24 hours, but shortly thereafter got a message saying they could change the address. It arrived last week, and I appreciated the change.
I've had things stolen from my porch before, and the local delivery company makes it impossible to contact a human there. As a company with more clout than a single purchaser, requesting that delivery companies read posted signs at delivery addresses and put purchases in porch boxes or follow other specific directions, so that packages arent stolen, would help customers. Thanks.

Radioddity is a very reliable company.

Radioddity is a very reliable company.
I bought a radio transmitter (a Xiegu G90) last summer. Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a few issues with it not working properly, so I contacted technical support. They sent me a brand-new replacement very quickly. The issue was resolved within a few days and the customer service is absolutely brilliant.

I had some problems with two of the qty…

I had some problems with two of the qty four six unit chargers I bought. I contacted Radioddity customer service and Luke provided amazing customer service in ordering two replacement chargers that I received very quickly. Just a great experience in standing behind their product!
