Excellent service! I had a problem setting up my new G90. I was unable to switch from speaker to headphone. I sent a late evening email to Radioddity hoping for a prompt response. Before I finished breakfast I had an email suggesting the fix. Wow!

Had an issue with my Radioddity DB-25D booting to a white screen. Contacted customer support and after a few emails trying to troubleshoot the requested that I return the defective radio. They replaced it with a new one. Turn around time was fairly quick, satisfied with the service I recieved.

Upon providing the order number, a description of my problem, and some pictures, she was very cooperative with me, and was very quick to confirm I qualified for a warranty replacement. I was looking for an out of print operator manual...
I was looking for an out of print manual for my Xiegu G90, late in the day before a holiday, of course.
I was expecting a response the following Monday but much to my surprise, (and delight), I received a response right away which TOTALLY solved my problem. The solution couldn't have been any easier.

After filling out the online order form to have my purchase delivered to an address different from mine, so it wouldnt be stolen from the porch, the email auto-fill changed that address to my own. It did take longer than 24 hours, but shortly thereafter got a message saying they could change the address. It arrived last week, and I appreciated the change.
I've had things stolen from my porch before, and the local delivery company makes it impossible to contact a human there. As a company with more clout than a single purchaser, requesting that delivery companies read posted signs at delivery addresses and put purchases in porch boxes or follow other specific directions, so that packages arent stolen, would help customers. Thanks.

They sent me a brand-new replacement very quickly. The issue was resolved within a few days and the customer service is absolutely brilliant.
