My order took over two weeks to arrive, and during this time there was absolutely no communication from the company to keep me informed of the progress. I sent them an email after 10 days requesting further information, as I was worried my order would arrive whilst I was away on holiday, and I am still awaiting any kind of response from them. Clearly their customer service is considerably lacking, which is quite appalling considering my order value was almost £300.
Everything went smoothly from delivery of goods to a speedy return on one of the items

Sadly Radley are in trouble and having a clearance of their stock. Good priced items ( some seem inflated before the reduction but still offering good value when compared to previous purchases ). Delivery took a lot longer than expected but goods arrived safely ( DPD UK ) and in great condition. Overall a great experience.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Great bags ect just a shame that they will no longer be available. Have had to get a list of items for my granddaughters as they love there radley bags ect that I have bought them over the last few years

My wife ordered a bag online using the measurements shown in the Radley listing. The Medium sized bag was bigger than expected and a bit heavy for her wrist condition. Tried to locate the smaller version but had to chat to the online virtual store. Lovely Jo was so helpful and found the bag and arranged for it to be sent. Really helpful and friendly.

The quality of the 2 handbags and wallet I had ordered were still of great quality. However, it was over 10 days before I received my order and the box had already been opened. Thankfully, there was no damage and everything was there. I contacted Radley and DPD. I have yet to even receive a response, other than an automated reply. Customer Service just isn't there anymore with Radley since they've gone in to Administration. It's disappointing.

Radley pockets. I’ve been buying this bag for years. Just received one purchased on sale. Utter waste of money and no wonder they are going out of business. No comparison to quality of bags previously purchased. No zip up internal pocket. Cheap external zip that doesn’t close properly. No proper stitching just painted on edge. Cheap thin leather. Not cheap at £85. So disappointed.
