Always loved Radley, especially love the shop in the outlet centre in Cannock West Midlands. All staff are brilliant, especially Amy who I always try to find to help me as she is very knowledgeable of all goods. A bit disappointed that you sold out if the Sketchy Dog scarves as they were lovely.

On entering Radley at Unit 74 I was warmly welcomed by Mollie who offered to help me in choosing a gift!
She was very amiable, great interaction with smiles, warm interaction, caring and professional.
I made my choice at a very good price and met another team member Jo at the point of sale when Mollie completed the transaction, both made a lovely team.
On a next day visit I was once again warmly welcomed with smiles to the store by Luisa and enjoyed another great shopping experience.

Had a great experience shopping at Radley. Claire was friendly and helpful in assisting me to find a last minute gift for a friend. She made me aware of all the offers and suggested potential gifts. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

I went into the Radley store in McArthur Glen Cannock to look for a work bag for working in an office in the city centre so I needed a secure, versatile yet stylish bag and Abbey helped me find the perfect bag. Abbey was exceptionally helpful and really knew about each bag and the materials - she found what I wanted and was really tentative whilst being friendly and had a positive manner the entire time. Cannock store:- Excellent service, care and attention shown by a lovely shop assistant Amber. She is a credit to the shop, company and brand (Radley).

Amber was amazing at helping us choose a suitcase for my mom for Christmas! Her customer service was excellent without being pushy or feeling pressured.

Always good quality this large flap over bag is perfect for travelling to the airport or days out. Can get all the essentials in the bag - phone, kindle and iPad.

Worth a purchase.

I visited Cannock store yesterday and received excellent customer service. There was two assistants, Molly and Erin and both were very helpful. Also they were very patient, honest when I asked for an opinion and not all pushy. I look forward to visiting this store again very soon.

Me and my mum walked in and spoken to straight away asking if we need help or if there was anything we were looking for, the lady was really lovely towards us and helped with anything we needed. Staff were amazing!

I visited Radley last weekend. I was greeted by a very nice lady. All the staff were really friendly and particularly the one who had greeted us, I didn’t get her name, but she was the only one wearing a mask. She seemed really happy and enjoying her job.
The layout of the store was very nice and there were some lovely items, and prices were very reasonable.

A great 5* experience, very happy and a great .
