Our purchase of Lexington Hunter Green suitcases had to be returned due to my wife finding it very difficult and painful to close / open the case.
The return process was made relatively simple courtesy of Radley’s extended Christmas exchange policy and the helpfulness of Tracy - the manager of Livingston outlet shop.

Hello . I was in the Livingston store on Sunday afternoon, picking out a handbag for myself . I must say what a beautiful store with lovely staff there . There was one which really helped me alot and I left with a bag and purse it's beautiful. I had such a lovely time in the store with this amazing member of staff . They are all lovely , the one that helped me had a great fun time with myself has well . It's was amazing so much so the bag I bought is so speacil to me I will only bring it out when going to my favourite places . Thankyou so much. 💓

Tracey was so lovely helped me to get three gift items and got me some lovely gift bags with it. Lovely experience

What a fantastic experience visiting the Radley shop in Livingston. The staff could not have been nicer to myself and both my daughters, they were friendly, helpful, polite and helped us all in choosing beautiful handbags and a rucksack to meet all our needs and styles. We will most definitely be back cannot recommend enough, we are planning another visit soon.

Excellent customer service. I had an item to exchange and despite receiving it as a gift several months ago, there was no hesitation and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

I visited Radley Livingston today and showed them my handbag straps which were coming apart at the seams. I’d had previous problems with the bag which were solved but it was now outwith the year’s warranty but they were so helpful and although couldn’t refund me they gave me a gift card to the value that I’d originally paid.
Couldn’t have asked for better. Thankyou to Delia O who served me.

Shopping on line is daunting especially when you are not sure if the website is a scam
Christmas 2023 I thought I had the real Radley website it actually was a scam

Recently I went to Livingston shopping mall there is a Radley shop the staff were extremely helpful what I couldn’t see in store the staff very kindly took me through the website step by step
I bought in store and also bought online
My purchase has arrived and I’m delighted with all purchases

I had cause to visit the store as an earring that was part of a set. The staff and in particular the Manager Delia was very helpful. They tried to see if it could be fixed and when it could not spent a lot of time seeing if they could find a replacement. All this when the store was busy but I never felt that I was rushed

Great customer service at this store the other day. The lady, who I think was the manager, was very helpful and clearly loves her job - she was so personable and happy talking to everyone that it’s clear that she thoroughly enjoys this busy time of year.
I bought a lovely bag and purse and will definitely be back.
