Deserves your recognition he is so friendly, his customer service skills are first class, he is an asset to your company. l bought back a handbag under guarantee as the zip had broken, it was no bother at, and, as it was 70% off plus an extra 10%l left the store like it was my birthday!

Visited the store on way home from a trip with my wife. The store was very nicely laid out with something for everyone, well stocked, some good bargains. They have some great gifts at very attractive prices such as tote bags & umbrellas which are all great quality as expected from Radley.

India dealt with us but was ably assisted by Emily, Michaela & Luke who all deserve a mention for being so friendly, pleasant & positive, they obviously enjoy their job as it really shows and makes such a difference when you get a great welcome and happy smile as you walk in.

India was so helpful, very knowledgeable about her stock and went out of her way to check stock when we wanted to buy more than one of a particular item. She was extremely friendly & very nice to my wife.

It is well worth a visit if you like Radley and appreciate good customer service. Well done all the staff at Radley, Springfields, Spalding!!

I needed a formal bag in a specific colour to match my outfit for my son’s wedding, but needed enough space in it for 2 adrenalin pens as well as usual hairbrush, phone, lipstick, etc. Staff member India at the Springfields branch was superb; really knew her stock and was enormously helpful without being pushy. Very impressed with the service and ended up buying 2 bags (1 for the wedding and another for fun)!, both of which are gorgeous and really well made.

I joined my mother and sister who were shopping in the Radley shop at Springfields.
I don't have a clue about ladies bags but wanted to treat my mum.
Indi,the lady behind the till was an absolute breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes.
She couldn't do enough to help and as a result encouraged me to buy a Radley bag for my wife.
There was another lady staff member in the store.She was really chatty and yet another breath of fresh air.Definately no pushy sales from these ladies which was extremely refreshing.
Nothing was too much trouble for either Indy or her colleague.
I wouldn't have been more pleased with the purchases.

Unfortunately the fastener on my Radley purse which I’d had bought on a trip to Spaulding 18 months before came apart.
Although out of guarantee I emailed Radley customer care who were most helpful, suggesting I contact
The Springfield Radley outlet, Which I did
I Spoke with Kate who could not have been more helpful, Despite my purse being out of guarantee, Kate Luke and her team went over and above, sending pictures of potential replacement purses. I returned the faulty purse and recieved my chosen replacement
Within a couple of days.
Kate kept me informed through the replacement process, I could not recommend the service I recieved enough, One extremely happy customer.

The shop team acknowledged and made conversation from the minute we stepped through the door. It was very welcoming and friendly and it was obvious that they were having a great time at work.
One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time, and it worked, as we walked out with two bags!

Went into the shop today to get our choosy mum a bag and purse. The amazing staff supported her in all her requests and also put up with myself and sisters being very chatty and dancing 💃 to the music! They are Kate, India, Annabelle and Emily. Absolutely awesome ladies that made our possible stressful experience into a lovely 🥰 one!!
