I purchased a bag in your swindon outlet shop. I was served by a amazing girl called Yasmin. She was so helpful. I have a sight problem and needed a bag that went across my body . She went round the shop .Brought them to me and allowed me to try my things in them.She was so helpful polite znd very knowledgeable about your bags. With her help i found the perfect bag

Was looking to buy a new hand bag for my wife’s Birthday. I had some specific requirements and Vicky in store was a great help showing me the various options available.

Great bag! A 50th birthday present for a friend, hope she likes it as much as I do!

Amazing prices on Radley bags. Great value for money. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and dispense helpful advice if and when needed. I would particularly like to thank Amy for her help when I was choosing my new backpack bag.
This is a very friendly and welcoming store.

I recently visited Radley in Swindon, the bag I wanted in black was not on display but apparently there should have been 1 in stock Amy was amazing, searching in several store rooms but was unable to find it, she took my details and said she would let me know if it turned up. A few days later she called to say she had located one in Bridgend and would have it sent to the Swindon store, today Tanya called to say it had arrived and sent me a link to make my payment, it will then be sent out to me. This is outstanding customer service which is unusual these days.

I forever charging the battery doesn’t last that long should have brought a different one

I wanted to get a particular purse for my mother which would have been the matching purse to her handbag, however the website was out of stock. We went into Radley's at the Swindon Designer Outlet and spoke to the manager who went above and beyond to source the purse, she contacted customer service and then contacted the Glasgow branch to find out if they had one in stock. Which they did. Last one and the lady at Glasgow store sent directly to us. making my mother extremely happy. I can not thank the manager of the Swindon Branch enough.

All the staff are very helpful and the manageress went above and beyond to help us. Much appreciated. Thankyou.

Being a lover of Radley, I had to visit whilst in Swindon. The shop is beautifully clean and tidy and when I visited a lovely lady with bobbed blonde hair helped me to make my purchase. She was so patient as I was also buying for my mum who wasn’t with me and so my husband kept going out to get a signal to send pictures as I was on crutches. I let the manger know how lovely she was who said to do this review as she will get to see how grateful I was of her help. Thank you for making my shopping trip even nicer.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Emily at the Swindon Radley outlet for all her help and advice this morning when choosing a special birthday gift.

I was looking for a particular bag as a gift and started my search by calling the Swindon store.
I expected to be told they didn't have it and move on to my next call, however Tanya advised to leave it with her, she would contact the other stores and take a look online and get back to me.
Tanya contacted me the following day with an update and forwarded me the link required in order to purchase the bag from the Radley virtual catalogue as it wasn't available in any Radley stores.
I can't thank Tanya enough for going above and beyond for helping me find this bag.
She is a credit to Radley and the Swindon store.

Great ordering service in store and my purchases arrived very quickly. I would definitely use the service again.
