The worst casinos I've ever played at .. they have all these rules designed to cheat you . I had all the screenshots that proved I claimed a bonus made all of their insanely ridiculous playthrough on a no rules no max cash out had about $1400 left that was mine!!! I requested $2000 which I won fairly. After so many documents requested. They approved only $200 and they said the $1800 was voided due to deposit discrepancy. I asked for documentation where my bank disapproved the deposit. They could not provide anything. They stop speaking with me regarding the withdrawal. STAY AWAY SCAMMERS.

As unwilling to withdraw my winnings without giving them a whole bunch of info (bank info, address from a bill, info from my debit card, and so on) Tried three times to register to withdraw and now shut down all access. This place is a scam.

I received an email stating I had free spins available with no deposit required. I played them and won a little to keep playing. I ended up winning $400. Signed up for Coinbase because I didn't want my bank info in the platform due to all of the horrible reviews. I requested a Bitcoin transfer to Coinbase for $100 to make sure it was legit. I look a few days later and in my transaction history it states my request was denied. Then it shows my $400 taken out manager approved. So I started the chat with a representative and told them the situation. He came back with, Im only allowed one round of free spins, I did two rounds therefore the money is void.

These people are a bunch of crooks. I've been playing the inclave casinos for a few years now and I've been verified multiple times already but because I tried to withdraw my winnings, they purposely had me resubmit everything again and again. The chat rep said that it was only needing verification to payout my winnings. So after sending everything in and verified, they canceled my withdrawal and took my winnings. They said I used multiple free chips, which is a flat out lie. When I informed them that I have screenshots and records and that I had deposited litecoin just before using a free chip, their newest bs excuse is that they now require a minimum of $30 deposit between free chip or spins, but none of this is on their terms and conditions, so they're essentially just making it up as they go. And all this to deny paying me $100. Well I'm going to make sure I post on every casino critic sites and review sites so that they lose all their few remaining depositors. I'm gonna make them regret cheating me. It is now my mission to make them lose all business and close up shop. We will see what is costing them more money.... I have won multiple times and each time they have a new reason I cant cash out. First was not enough verified info. Second, cant use that bank. Third, cant use bitcoin if you havent deposited with bitcoin. They make it almost impossible to cash out winnings. Steer clear of this as you will have to go through several hoops to cash out and im yet to make it through all of the hoops. I just keep getting more reasons for denial.
