I had a great experience working with Don Rogers. I booked a Trip to Ireland to see Metallica. We are staying 2 weeks and he put together the perfect trip!! I'm very please and price is great!!

Hillary was incredibly helpful to me. She was pleasant and researched my request completely. She managed to get me an extra night in the same hotel and room I was originally booked, and I received my updated itinerary right away.

Unfortunately I had to cancel a booking very last minute, but Hilary was empathetic and made sure everything was in order for my clients to send an insurance claim through. As a travel agent, I always appreciate finding a kindred spirit in the inudstry and Hilary certainly was that! Sammie was absolutely wonderful to work with. There was a problem with our itinerary. I spoke with Sammie. She was able to fix our problem & was able to not charge us for the change. Friendly, professional & efficient. Was definitely pleased with the service.

Allison Foley & Megan Sullivan have made my collaboration with Railbookers so easy. If an issue arises, they have both been there to make sure it is resolved effortlessly. Their attention to customer satisfaction is above par. I highly recommend them to any travel agent looking for the best in the Railbookers team.

When our airline was delayed and we missed our connecting flight Sammi, Victoria and Dorian came to our rescue. They arranged quickly train tickets to get us to our final destination. While the start of our vacation had become very stressful, they brought the calm back. So professional and sympathetic it put our minds at ease. We went to three destinations by train with railbookers. The hotels they chose were amazing.

Hilary and Tristin have been wonderful to work with on the customer service side. They even follow up to make sure all is well. Nate Hancock is also wonderful on the booking side. I've been more than pleasantly surprised with the great trips they put together and help is just a quick phone call away!

I just had a simple request but Hilary took care of it very quickly and was very friendly. I had my question answered and the documents I needed right away. It is reassuring to know when I call I can get someone on the line quickly that knows the business and delivers great service!

After I made an error with my booking everyone who I dealt with was absolutely amazing. A real stand out was Sammi. She was there with me every step of the way making sure everything was fixed and set up with what was needed. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

Hilary was most helpful in helping with getting my client's new credit card entered, so the balance could be paid.
