I placed an order on the understanding that it would be posted out next day. Two days later an email said it was despatched. 10 days down the line and it has not arrived. RC have failed to respond to email queries and do not answer the phone. This was intended to be a Xmas present for a child. Time is running out and they have failed to update me. Chose Rainbow Creations against the multi- nationals. Wrong choice at least the multi’s deliver and let you know what is happening to your order. Have other customers had a similar experience?

I have dealt with Rainbow Creations of a number of occasions now and have never been disappointed by them. Their customer service is second to none and they are always extremely helpful and courteous. E-mails are answered promptly, efficiently and helpfully - a refreshing change - and they offer practical solutions (they also carry stock of items which I have found particularly hard to find). They are priced very competitively (and honestly with the postal fees) and send their items well packaged, quickly and more essentially accurately - a must for anyone ordering copious amounts of letters beads! I have never been failed by them and I and my friends will not use anyone else other than Rainbow - they really are extremely good. Thank you Rainbow.
