Somewhere in Maryland
I order Rainbow clothes online a lot but often times there is always some type of issue. The clothes could have a stain on them, fit irregular due to a sewing issue or look used. I have contacted rainbow’s customer service about my experiences when ordering clothes online, but they don’t seem to care or take accountability.

Horrible you lost my package first then when I tried to cancel you still shipped and told me if I didn't pick it up I have to pay 10 to ship back which is ridiculous when I tried to cancel in the first place then when I pick it up from store 544 the ladies working in there had such horrible attitude I will never purchase again
