Phoned on the 17th Apr. to request a quote, was told the gentleman was out and he would ring me back as it was a Friday I thought the lack of call was due to early finish so today Monday 20th at 4 O'clock I rang again to be told they didn't have time to fit it in. If they can't make a simple phone then how can you be sure they would even turn up.
